现在的title是research associate （工作是博后性质，生物），我们学校是支持
EB1b的（只要学院的Dean签字，学校就支持EB1b，无论是什么title都可以）。我上个
月跟老板谈了，老板也支持（愿意出钱），私下问了小秘和本系别的博后，他们说我系
现在的Dean认为research associate 不是永久职位，他不想签字，所以他在任的时候
从来没支持过research associate 办绿卡，只支持过faculty级别的，但是他的前任
Dean 和本校别的生物类别的系都是支持research associate EB1b的。
小秘还蛮愿意帮忙的，她说可以帮我set一个会， 我 我老板和Dean 还有小秘一起，我
们可以一起谈谈这个事情。 还建议我去找有关资料说明research associate是可以的
。当然这个过程老板起很关键的作用，他能说服Dean最好了（据说他跟Dean 关系不错
），但是我也要帮助去找一些文件什么的。

果是individually qualified，但是找不到公司内部三个full time researchers. 他
们是从publication出发的，关注我工作的组。我的工作性质虽然没有research title
，也不是以publication和patent为目的，但是有很多research相关的工作，帮公司盈
利。
请问，是不是可以放宽到整个公司找researcher？要具体怎么证明这些researchers，
因为公司虽然很大，但是由于行业竞争问题，基本没有publication，但是应该有
patent。而且我是不是应该证明我和其他research而有联系。
有哪里明确定义相关这个的？
