联系了amazon的客服，说是不能resend，违反他们的规则，建议是等退货收到，退钱给
买家，然后让买家再重新订一次
已经给买家按这个方案发信了，不知道买家会有什么反映 |

checked the status, USPS tracking still indicated "acceptance" - item was
picked up by the post office. I feel quite nervous now. I am not sure if
USPS lost the mail or not. Called them and was told nothing. Should I ask
the university to resend an offer letter to sign?

了两张１００GC. 由于等了好久都还没受到，我就到我的账号你去点resend, 不错过
了没多久，就受到了。从此噩梦开始。
卖了第一个code给网上一个buyer,结果告诉我是redeemed. 这个急呀。我几乎就从未从
amazon买过东西，更没用过GC。查了查信，发现又收到了好几个 amazon发来的code.
就又给这个buyer发去，还好这回可以redeem，心想这回总算没事了，其实才开了个头
。buyer没有立刻用这１００blance. 过了几天，buyer告诉我redeemed１００不能用。
头大了。赶紧和amazon联系，结果告诉我，要查这个GC需要买家打给他们。买家去联系
，也还是解决不了，说是账户里是有１００，可以买东西，但实际上跟本不行。我立刻
就给买家退钱了，他配合我和amazon argue. 就这样我和买家给amazon至少打了十几个
电话，根本就无法解决。这期间我又陆续受到了１５个从amazon发来的所谓的code。我
跟amazon说，你们的GC系统太烂了 |

不过这个理理由站不住脚。
1.Common sense：common sense在交易里从来都不能作为法律依据。这就为什么我们要
有详细的交易模板， 把可能发生的交易纠纷的细节规范好，避免事后产生麻烦。你从
小到大签过多少合同，合约， 你见过哪个用“common sense"来作为条款。如果可以这
样，起草合同的律师都集体失业。 假设我这个case上fleamarket的仲裁庭或者上真正
的小额纠纷法庭(small claim court), common sense 绝对站不住脚。
2. 新手: fleamarket是公开版不是私人俱乐部，所以这里有大量的新手。你看版面上
发贴，以为都是老手。你们大错特错了。让俺混这个bbs 十多年，看着你们fleamarket
版出生到发展壮大的老ID告诉你们， bbs上沉默的是大多数。 这里有大量的新手，不

usb应用范围太窄，大的集成电路厂家也不care，说改进其实都是脱了裤子放屁了，赚

所以没有在意.
它虽然是USPS平信,但却是FIRST CLASS,
而且可能我们那里的邮递员工作比较细致.
我让一个在美国的朋友代我打电话给USCIS改了地址,
他说OK了但是还要交AR11表格,
我打算15号回到美国快递过去了。
不知道是不是他一定要AR11接受到他才愿意RESEND MAIL,
那我就GG了。
我希望28号前,务必拿到EAD CARD,
感觉希望很渺茫,
所以求助有什么办法让这渺茫的几率稍微大一点点..
比如打电话加急?
寻求INFOPASS?(我现在预约INFOPASS老是UNAVAILABLE,是因为现在是休假日的缘故吗??)

而且我的网上状态已经乱了，因为notice退回，状态从最后一步跳回initial review,
我打电话问uscis，他们说不用管网上的状态
简而言之，就是网上状态本来就不可靠(本版有人收到卡时状态还是initial review)，
出现如退卡这种异常情况后，网上状态基本是nonsense |

LZ是accouting的研究僧，明年毕业，现在虽然正在一家唐人街的小会计公司做着个免

故事要从上上周说起。。。一个同学在和朋友聚餐时认识了一个八竿子打不着的朋友，
就叫他M吧，这厮正好是在一家CPA firm实习，M问我同学想不想去实习啊？他们公司正
打算招INTERN呢，我同学当然说好啊，M说那你明天给我发个简历吧。我同学回家一查
那个公司，是CPA firm没错，但是灰常的远啊，她从家坐地铁什么要1个小时差不多，
她就懒了，问我想去不。我比她住的还远啊！我要是坐地铁的话，单程就要将近两个小
时有木有！~但是思来想去的，觉得也是个机会，还是试试吧，人家也不一定要你，但
有人REFER机会能大点。 我就屁颠屁颠的改简历，给人发过去了。
这里加一句哈，为了显得我简历看着丰富点，我把在国内的工作经验也加进去了，当时
也是画蛇添足了，所以简历就成了一页半，第一页主要是在美国的经验，后半页是国内

5/20 寄出材料，当时想着现在地址应该会再住三个月，就填的当时的地址
5/27 收到确认函，确认他们5/22收到了我的材料
过了两个月，到7月中旬还是initial review，之前就听说会从initial直接到approve
，所以倒不担心不会批，但是这时候确认8月要搬到另一个州去，开始着急改地址的事
。查来查去发现改地址很危险，如果没收到卡寄丢了reapply要再等三个月，去问了国
际学生部也是这么说的，那officer还一脸严肃地跟我说，之前改地址的人就没有一个
成功的，你要是成功了一定告诉我经验我好分享给其他学生，无语……officer建议说
别改地址，让旧地址的人帮忙收信，但因为我住的是apartment，根本不知道下一个人
是谁啥时候住进来，所以此法无效。上网各种搜解决办法，有说要在USPS改的有说千万
别改的，有说要改就早改否则不如不改的，总之各种纠结

reason is the 2nd lien is asking too much, so the number add up higher.
you have to choices:
1) counter back, and possible get declined.
2) then only time can help if you are still interested. this means in
several month, if the new offer still lower, then the seller agent/
negotiator can talk to the bank to make it lower, The bank will send another
BPO. Then you can resend your offer again. |
