country after your stay in Germany.
我就问：Regarding the itinerary to my home country, must I buy an airline
ticket and present the receipt to you when applying for the visa? Is a
ticket pre-order confirmation letter also OK (this means I don't have to
really buy the ticket)?
结果德国使馆又说：You need a ticket or flight reservation.
请问itinerary和flight reservation啥区别？后者上面必须有ticket number么？只有
confirmation number行么？

取，她申请的是Supply Chain专业。
1）俄亥俄州立大学的供应链专业可以排到美国第七，商学院排在25，综合排在55，排
名都还不错。
2）Case Western Reserve University.这个学校的专业排名在20名以外，商学院排名
是85，惟一优过俄亥俄州立的是综合排名，俄亥俄州立的综合排名是55，而凯斯西储的
是38。

membership。 但是到了租车点被告知系统可能有问题导致overbook了。有20多人有
reservation但是没有车。之前没有任何通知。 于是我们的schedule就全部被打乱了
， 之前定的演唱会在atlantic city去不了（public transit 来不及了）， 提前订的
hotel也没办法cancel了， 而且我从西部飞到东部的主要原因就是去看演唱会，但是没
看成。
和hertz的客服以及branch manger联系要求赔偿，只能给75$左右的voucher。 无法接
受。
去BBB投诉要求赔偿损失， BBB说不在他们受理的范围， 没有受理。
现在打算去起诉他们。 知道有个small claim court. 不知道有没有人有经验， 因为
这个事情是在外州发生的，不知道能不能在本州起诉， 因为hertz在加州应该也有
branch。 如果要去外州起诉， 因为起诉人必须出庭， 我还得飞过去，太麻烦了。

最后一天潜水了，还是在San Pedro Marine Reserve。Walter和Pablo都去了，答应带
我们去两个昨天没去过的点。Walter带一个俄罗斯来的六人团；Pablo本来是带我和一
对美国夫妻的，结果那个美国男生早上临时变卦不来了，Pablo就有点不高兴；钱是小
事，白白浪费了一个名额，还有人在waitlist上眼巴巴等着呢。
第一个tank在Tackle Box，感恩节假期到了，今天有20多个人去Blue Hole，潜水电脑
和比较新的装备都先供应他们了，我分到了一个挺旧的BCD，也没电脑了:-( 所以今天
的数据都是管Pablo要的，不是很准确。最深80ft，水下时间50min。地形跟昨天的很像
，觉得近海的这些堡礁形状都类似，都是一条条的小山脉，

所以在AVIS和budget都reserve了车，只留了姓名和电话，没有其他信息。

基本上就是我的账户登录后，用confirmation # locate那个reservation，然后点那个
complete this purchase,过程很顺利，问题是一致没收到机票，始终处于reservation
is purchased, but not ticketed的状态，后来打电话过去，前几个客服都让我等着
就好，说等系统处理完了就会收到机票，再多等几天。有一天电话碰到个懂事儿的客服
，跟我说其实是始终处于hold但没purchase的状态！然后电话里重新给了账户名和PIN
，刷了信用卡，等来10来分钟后票出好了。
我的疑问是：这种下了单一直出不了票的情况，是不是因为hold机票的账户和出机票的
账户不同导致UA系统出现混乱？还是说纯粹那天运气不佳而已，其实还是能网上顺利出
票的？希望有经验的筒子指点下，谢谢～ |

发帖数: 809 | 21 今天本来sign up的是Elbow - Turneffe South，早上6点出发，单程坐船要将近两个小
时。结果人数不够取消了，改成去近处的San Pedro Marine Reserve，不用再一次的天
不亮就起床，也挺好。Belize堡礁San Pedro段大概是Belize潜水的招牌了；25年休渔
的历史，把保护区里的鱼养的又大又肥。九点出发，4个diver，DM是Walter，还有三个
学生跟着CJ上课。
第一个tank在Tres Cocos，最深95ft，水下时间42min。一下去就看到了几条大鱼在空
空的水里游来游去，有一条很像grouper(石斑)。
晚饭的时候特意吃了，烧烤的、吃不出本身的鲜味；肉虽嫩，却不似鳕鱼那般细腻，算
不得是鱼中上品啊，呵呵。之后就是在珊瑚山上游。这里的地形和第一天C.C. Marine
reserve的很像，一座座小山头间夹着沙地，珊瑚没有前两天外海看到的那么密集，
不过鱼挺多的，
就是都不大，一群群的围着珊瑚转，有时候抬头、看顶上的一堆堆鱼像漫天的繁星。看
到两只同类型的鱼互相追逐，还看到一种鱼特别喜欢拿脑袋撞石头:-D

有人说买fully refundable机票，签证下来再取消。但是那种机票比普通的贵好几倍，
一看就是打算事后取消的吧？
有人说买票后24小时之内免费取消。但是那样的话送到领事馆的就是已经作废的机票，
理论上说属于欺诈，万一因此被拒就惨了。
还有人说在航空公司网上订票，走到最后付钱的那一步停下，打印出页面。这个领事馆
认可吗？这个地方应该不会有reservation number或者PNR之类的东西吧？一般要求好

You can use a link list or array, or any other data structure to
hold the data. However, each will has its own advantages and disadvantages.

The output is x[0]=5 and x[0]=0. So it is not OK to assign vector values
with x[0]=5?
Using x.push_back(5), there is no such problem. I get x[0]=5 and x[0]=5. So
it is always safe to use push_back(). The question is, why x[0]=5 does not

reallocated memory for your vector and thus &x[0] changed. Since the length
of the vector is still 0, the first value (5) won't be copied to new
location.
If you use push_back and reserve, the &x[0] will change too; but the

location.

关于你health insurance completion factor计算那段 很可能是你弄错了
我以前见过一些health reserving triangle
和P&c reserving triangle排列的朝向不太一样
但是最终计算结果应该是相同的 |

incurred but not reported) + reported but not paid. some actuary use
incurred = paid + IBNA (incurred by not adjudicated) + adjudicated but not
paid. Typically, you don't need a reserve for the "reported but not paid" as
the number should be known or close to be known. It is the IBNR or IBNA
that needs a reserve. We do use lag triangles and CFs to estimate INBR and I
