发现自己made a bad choice,倒不是车不好，只是不适合自己，想想听听大家的意见。
上个礼拜lease的VW tiguan，车是好，但是发现不适合自己，主要是lease的问题。
只买了36K 3年，在加就贵了，虽然也不一定超，超也未必超不了多少，但是突然发觉
因为有这个梗着心口，出去玩就不爽了，没有自己车想开多少就开多少的快乐劲了，还
有就是VW不是我自己喜欢的车，因为冲动还有朋友的劝说，没有仔细考虑自己是不是喜
欢就签了合同。
现在是开车也不enjoy了，感觉很郁闷，研究一下合同，要是我要是现在结束合同，少
不了亏一大笔，开吧，又没有那个开心劲，3年，憋屈的慌，周末出去玩都要算着mile
数，3年过后德车又不值得保留，就算保留，当初应该直接买，还要憋屈三年后会不会
return的时候被dealer坑一下，现在开车还要小心小心加小心。
主要是心情不好，所以不知道怎么处理了。

每次我都觉得lease首付 + 月付*36 + residual cost < 直接买的价钱。
朋友刚lease的leaf，每月$250，首付0，交35次，如果买，residual value是一万多，
这样总的还不到3万，可是直接买一辆同样新车，3万拿不下来。
就算ML350, 我随便找了个dealer的信息，一个月$579，36个月下来$20800，首付大概$
5200，一共交$26000左右。最后residual也就两万多。可是这辆车零售价是 $51,162。
lease付的总价钱还是少于直接买。
这不是说明先lease，最后再买下来，比开始就直接买下来值？ |

发帖数: 1038 | 10 很多都是你自己的想当然阿。自己去谈一谈，有时候lease 有惊喜。
lease 的好坏取决于现在售价，现在incentive，2-3年后的residual value.
1。 lease 车和买新车的incentive几乎都一样，也就是说如果有2000的incentive，你
lease2年是把这2千块平摊到2年，相当一个月减少80多块钱。买新车也是这么多
incentive，不过十平摊到10年甚至更长，买旧车没有什么incentive,至少OEM不会提供
incentive，因为前面已经提供过一次了。
2. 现在美车随着可靠性提高和美元通货膨胀，residual 都调的很高。有些车3年后，
说车residual 70%以上。这样2万的车，3年lease 成本是20K*30%-incentive like
2000 =4000.没错，4000块钱 lease 新车开3年。
最后啥也不说，我现在lease 新的checy equinox LT (MSRP 27000+) $170 一个月，有
人拿到的价钱更低。我不相信你买车能比这个合算，更不用说lease 新车是 worry

他们没有意识到：
如果新车买价discount%很大的话，lease三年内就享受了这个巨大的discount, 所以<<
实际上的贬值>>会很小。
一辆相对新的车一年贬值10%不算大，也不算小。
BMW一般residual 60%, 买价95%的话，三年贬值35%, 一般。
如果你能85%买下来，三年只贬值25%, 就很划算了。
或者有时BMW把residual设得巨高，象前一段X1, 65%.
你要再85%买下来，三年只贬值20%, lease就便宜得离谱。
最离谱的是我曾经帮朋友租过Civic DX, $40/month $2000 downpay.
我算了一下，买价和residual只差$1000! |

这个时候要看看自己的credit,确保700以上。有过lease,loan，这样不会让dealer搞。
第二部搞清大家都多少钱lease的，主要搜索美国的论坛。

第三部就是开始找车讲价。lease车也是要讲价的，要把tradein和lease分开，如果有
trade-in去carmax或者自己卖卖看看值多少钱，然后买车讲价的时候不要把trade-in先
提出来。这样会搞混你的车最后究竟多少钱买的。
找车的经验就是自己的zipcode周围500miles.我在Vegas,基本上就是覆盖南加，亚利桑
那，犹他，内华达。然后就是运气了。

鉴于版上窝窝托经常跟人撕逼，我就不评价两款车了，总的来说Q7的逼格还是要高一点
点。
Q7 MSRP $65375 （plus,vision，cold，20"wheel，bose etc. package）,最后能谈到
$60xxx，大约8% off就死活降不下来了。36M/10k的residual是63%,MF是0.00227（折合
APR 5.45%)。第一个月把所有的fee（doc/bank/title ect)都pay了的话，每月含税$
804，整个三年下来约$28900.
XC90 MSRP $60125(package都有了），最后谈到了$54500（9.36% off。死活到不了10%
,差一点点，稍有遗憾）。36M/10k的residual是61%,MF是0.00143（折合APR 3.43%)。
同样第一个月把所有的fee都pay了的话，每月含税$665，整个三年下来$23924。
简单的说就是如果愿意多掏$4000块钱的话（每天约合$3.7块钱）装逼费的话，Q7还是

指导。调低它，会让你lease的时候多付钱，但是将来如果你要买下来就少付钱了。所
以这个一般是不变的。
税是每个月付多少钱，以此为基础算税。比买车再卖掉省税，但是利息部分也交税了。
通常老美没有cash，所以sales一般不提MSD，老中有钱，lease车不是买不起，可以用
MSD降低利息（MF）。谈到一定程度主动提出来。
大部分sales都是跟客户谈多少down payment，每月付多少。不想具体谈discount,
residue, MF。所以你要上网查好价格，了解该车型的residue，了解现在的MF，用计算
器（很多app）自己算好，然后再去谈。sales会误导你，坚持住。sales的另一个战略
是让你改变配置或者车型，然后让你事先准备好的数据都没用，你现场查现场算容易出
