Honda CRV 2010 problem list: 85,000 replaced catalytic converter, 5 times
under normal maintenance had to replace 4 quarts of oil, replaced timing

我偶尔在亚马逊上卖点东西，买家都还算客气，没找麻烦。但这次作为一个买家，被气
到了。也就几块钱的东西，国内深圳发货那种。这卖家先是列个很便宜的价格，等几周
收到发现缺斤少两。这事在Ebay遇到过，最初遇到时不懂事，同意卖家一点点的小退款
给好评，最后发现还是亏，有助纣为虐的感觉。这次换亚马逊（以为亚马逊卖家老实点
），吸取教训不依了。交涉两次未果，卖家都只同意一点点退款，明摆着坑人。直接A-
to-Z，file的时候，马逊就让我选择接受Gift Card退款不？我选是，Claim resolved。
马逊不investigate么？Ebay好像有30天调查期吧。两家保护客户程度不一样？虽然这
个case对我有利，但是作为一个偶尔的马逊卖家，客户权利太大，卖家没什么安全感啊。

发帖数: 9932 | 49 happen to me when my wife gave birth to my son. The epidural was given by
doctor out of network while hospital is. What I ended up doing is appealing
the insurance decision and then file complaint against the hospital and
doctor with attorney general.
I forgot how the charge was resolved but I think the insurance took the most
cost and the doctor gave some discount.
The whole thing took 2 years to resolve
