"Is mixed class fair or unfair?"
From my opinion, it's unfair. I think as a fair university, every student
should have opportunities to enjoy all resouces which the university provides as
long as he/she has paid tuition. These resouces include courses, libraries,
computer and network resources, etc. As best as I know, no American university
provide special rights for a small portion of students.

Screening 和final round头两个都是coding interview，都做到了bug free。题目不
难，即使没刷过题，也容易有思路。唯一不足的是，有一个coding写的代码不是时间复

下一个是system design，感觉不太好。其中一个问题是估计要多少个server，我解答

口香糖一边打的，两个小时后老婆发现一侧疼，一侧不疼。第二次是个中年医生打的，
小心翼翼，效果好，维持到孩子出生。住院两天，8月7号出院，出院一天后，宝宝黄疸
，宝宝住院照了两天蓝光，8月10号再次出院。
老婆保险是UnitedHealthcare student resouce.有些能报80%，有些不cover。今天看
了下正在process的claim，有点慌。附图

6 month later. If you waste 500$ here and there, your resouce will dry out
quickly. When you are still small you can think big. But do not act like big
. As a startuup, you need to be focused and survive.
BTW, not matter what type of culture, when growing big, it will be
bureaucracy. Google is going that way now. So, do not think too much now.

首先当然是要和她讲道理了，当然你也做了，而且当然也不会起什么作用
我的经验就是美国人一般认准的事情都比较固执，不来真格的，想象国内那样私了，一般
没戏
其次呢，你应该打听一下你们周围有没有处理租房纠纷的民事或者学校或者政府的机构
你如果是学生，一般的学校里都有，因为这种情况很常见，比如我们那次就是先去的一个
Tenant resouce center咨询的，这样你会了解到具体的你的个例情况下，到底可不可能
要回钱来，我个人觉得你是可以的，但我说话当然不算数，呵呵
最后，你就只有去找律师了，但是你一样要去找找有没有免费咨询或者免费打官司的去处
，这种小官司，一般的律师是不会接的，相反的，有些法律系的学生出于实习考虑倒是可
以给你免费打打玩，哈哈
总之，你必须要找到一个可以进行法律咨询的地方，我想，在美国这样一个遍地是法律的
国家，应该不难。
如果你找到了法律根据，那你就可以正式的和你房东谈判了，你心里有底，自然不在乎她
的反应如何，只要法律对你有理，那么去告好了 |

了。实际accredited investor不受法律保护的presumption就两个：一个是自己懂行，
，但已经有大量证据，很多人根本不够financial savvy。一个是有可靠的resouces得
到咨询。第二个pressumption才是真正站得住的理由，但问题是很多人觉得自己够
savvy，舍不得花这个钱。或者就是太轻信他人（上面已经有实在的例子），街上的人
哪个不知道independent advisor就是个幌子。香港好多advisors和sales金融知识或者
少得可怜或者揣着明白装糊涂，能糊弄一个是一个。
定义的历史我也说清楚了，这么多年过去暴露了无数的问题，为什么不提高标准？两原
因，一是我说的内部原因，抓住人性弱点留一个空子让人钻，二是社会大众不care这个
漏洞，黑吃黑没人同情。
SEC在04年就propose要把accredited investor的标准提高到USD 2.5million，改动这个
标准会把美国符合条件的从8%降到1%，但结果就是受到反对，没通过。

First check if your model is one of those call-back models. Call hp and
