封email（网站上有他/她的email)，好好推销一下自己。因为是federal下的一个
department，几乎每天都有新的position贴出来，几个月前我据了人家一份offer，工
资实在太低，现在又在投他们网站的similar positions，一直担心上次据了人家，就
算我重新申请，人家可能不会考虑了。那次也是我不对，海投简历，见职位就申请，结
果人家给了offer，才发现申请的那个薪水很低，所以拒了。很想在那里重新拿个offer
，我比较想去的地方。
之前都是human resource specialist 和我联系的，human resource officer从不直接
联系申请人，我直接写email给人家好不好，希望能拿到一个offer，现在已经重新申请
了一些positions,但是很官僚，application process走过场怎么也得两三个月，实在
等不下去了，而且不知道两三个月会是什么结果。 |

我老板发信，要我给刺头找training need/resource。 我老板够狡猾的。自己没钱让
我手下去参加找training， 然后把责任推给我。我老板技术上教不了这个刺头，而且
他自己也不想跟这个刺头多说，就都推给我了。
我是想不出来。我以前教过她了。 她来得时候，就是我带的。现在她全都推翻了，说
都是她自己学的。还说过去1年她没有老板，她自己self-managed 很好。她其实一直有
老板，不过那个老板，不能教她我这一滩。

review 2 说你的想法很新，但是我觉得你嘴上无毛办事不牢，不是这方面的专家，手
下又没啥人，我不觉得你能做出来，而且resource sharing居然没写！给我4，5分，我
很吐血。
reviewer 3说这么好的主意，为啥以前没人做！给我1,2分。我也很着急，为啥没人做
呢，整天提心吊胆。
现在我可行性实验已经做出来了，下一部干啥很清楚了，基本当时申请里的第一部分已
经完成了，不知道能不能说服前两个，尤其是第一个reviewer。但是这个申请基本要重
写了，因为以前一半的内容都要变成priliminary study了。
本来想下个月交修改稿的。可是我刚交了一个R01，有前辈建议我不要同时两个申请落
