使用完后不及时擦干，the moisture and chemicals 会deteriorate 涂层。平时最好
不要把shampoo/condition bottles 留在浴盆边，这也是浴盆老化损坏的一个重要原因。
1，为何不换个新浴缸：太麻烦，可能还要敲掉瓷砖，费用至少得上千
2，用别人来做：可以，大概400多块吧，看你的budget.对喜欢自己动手找满足感的人们
，就选
3，自己买材料油漆：homedepot 有Rust-Oleum Tub and Tile Refinishing Kit $26一
瓶，可以用来刷三层没问题
可以辊，刷，或喷。建议辊，但刷子一必备，来处理底部的四个高位曲面，那里不好油
辊。
味道很大，要保持通风，买个box fan 来吹，还必须要respirator mask.
三天后就可以在白亮如初的浴盆里relax好心情啦！希望the DIY can last long |

发帖数: 1 | 8 若打磨，购买密封性能好的Dewalt D26453K或Bosch ROS20VSK就可以了，可以买个shop
vac,这些足可以了。而respirator mask很憋气，我只有在喷漆时用，因喷漆的微粒很
细小，且喷漆需要在屋里操作。打磨这种活通常在院子干，通风，会降低粉尘的吸入，
戴一般的mask即可。
凡事不可教条，每种油漆的性能不同，需先打磨试刷，找到好的方法，漆柜子是很讲究
的，打磨的平整度决定了刷漆的效果，喷漆是最好，但要求技术。 |

It is more likely due to respiration failure (obstruction of air pathway).
The doctor should have done an emergency trachea cut to let the patient
breath -- pretty simple procedure, can be done by anybody with any tool one
can find in order to save a life. |

星期三是预产期过了四天，约好了那天晚上去医院为第二天的催产做准备。就在这个周
一，我开始觉得有肚子
疼，也隐隐约约能感觉到宫缩了，周二是最后一次产检，我满怀期望地去了ob office
，希望能有进展，可是内检
的结果还是fingertip dialated，并且宫颈还是很长，看来被催是不可避免了。
周三早上起床发现有鲜血，因为头一天做了内检，所以搞不清是见红还是内检出血，但
是量要比spotting多，我
和老公紧张起来，再加上宝宝动得不是很多，我们给ob office打电话，诊所让我们去
做个nst，从nst上可以看见
我有比较强的间隔大概七八分钟的宫缩，宝宝心跳什么也都正常，于是医生让我们还是
照老计划，下午去医院放
软化宫颈的药，周四早上开始催产。
下午去了医院，上了胎心监控以后，护士说我已经有间隔2-4分钟的宫缩了，但是都不
强，持续时间也不长。她先
给我做了个内检，发现还是只是fingertip dialated，但是已经是50％ effacement了
，于是照计划给我上了软化宫

我实验室有face respirator。但是学校EHS的人说不推荐带那个，说是带之前要经过n
多培训之类的。到时候能带就带吧。
能做到的安全措施我都做到的。基本上所有的实验都在hood里面做。手套基本上带两层
，使用干燥的纳米颗粒时也是在hood里面，跑掉一些就跑到呗。有机溶剂其实还好，丙
酮基本不碰，含苯环的尽量少碰，乙醇偶尔用。主要还是用水。
今天得知组里一个博后下个月也会和我一起做实验，到时候和他商量一下有些操作让他
帮忙，我在其它方面多花点功夫，应该是可行的。
这几个月多花点功夫在用化学试剂的实验上，到时候应该好安排。至少前3个月可以排
开做一些轻松点的实验，或者写写文章。到4、5个月显肚子，估计老板也不好意思太
push。 |

temp, respiration rate, 肋骨间凹陷，finger or lip cyanosis,比如几小时后数值
还稳定吗，耳镜看tympanic membrane ,压舌看喉咙等等，都是要综合考虑的啊。 |

性炭吸附的 respirator 。。。 其实还行，也不算啥考研。。。当然再等几年机器人
剪草机出炉就一了百了 。。。

这玩意儿虽然不难，但机器人总之娇气一些，维护还需要看手册照章办事，估计要难倒
普通剪草级 Amigo 了。

楼上说的对，污染厉害的时候，用个两三天就差不多了。
Does It good for filter pm 2.5?
A: Yes, it works well. I use it in Beijing where air pollution is pretty
heavy, about 2-3 days the mask will turn from white to grey. I think that
means it blocks a lot pm 2.5. |

发帖数: 17 | 37 pop corn含石棉的话，如果没有彻底浸湿，铲的时候会产生石棉粉尘，致癌的。戴口罩
可能不够，要respirator。保险起见最好找专业人士做，做完检测一下空气中石棉含量。
另外，不去动pop corn，石棉粉尘一般不会释放出来。自己铲处理不好反倒危害更大。
