Received response from USCIS-TSC yesterday: “We have received your SR and
researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review
and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in
line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in
which they were received. If you do not receive a decision or notice of
further action within 6 months, please contact customer service"

有碰到真个情况的吗？

485 是DIY 的，收到RFE 后，还是请求帮我做140的律师做的，担心怕再出意外。
我的例子比较复杂。485 RFE 的内容是 J1 waiver 和出生公证。整个485过程我已经等
了很久，怕有出问题，所以请了律师。如果版上的同学不缺钱，其实485也让律师做会
好一些，虽然自己也不轻松，但是当时如果律师帮我把关，我就不会受到想J1 WAIVER
和出生公证的RFE 了。
想省钱，但是确实错失了时间。这是我的这一个例子。只是想谈谈自己的感受而已。
希望6月初绿卡会下来。

为RFE 的RD是8/15号所以还早呢，慢慢等吧，EAD， AP早就收到了，就差绿卡了
485交上去就开始找工作 之前因为没有拿到绿卡那家小公司又不收EAD所以拿到Offer又
白费了，现在又快要有一个Offer，希望485能赶快批啊！
这种情况怎么催绿呢？可以说收到Offer别人不收EAD所以一定要绿卡吗？谢谢！！！ |

package被退回来了，同时也收到了140RFE的通知，我就没有再次send485，现在在等
RFE response的结果，也准备再次递交485，我发现上次退回来的package中每张纸上包
括check上都盖上了USCIS的章，而且package前边还被附了一张绿色纸的通知，告知我
补上缺少的材料后，欢迎我再次递交申请，请再次递交的时侯把这个通知信放在我的
package最上面。我现在挺犯难的，不知道具体该咋办了，本来打算把所有的表格和附
注证据都重新填写，打印，装订，看到这个通知，我想是不是USCIS留的已经有我的
case的底了，我还不敢完全重来一次，485表格上part3 A最后一个问题关于Have you
ever applied for permanent resident status in the US？ 我是不是还得回答 Yes，

复中指出OPT生效日和485RD之间的天数小于90天，在OPT out of status之前转为AOS，
