When i was in college, i do play every other day or so, and i broke the
string almost every week... The guy who helped me to do the restring work
required me to wave it on the racket before i brought them to him... |

you will save time on second one.
take me lot of time to measure the string length, i am always afraid to cut
too short. and the snort also takes long time. |

有个大约22岁左右的白老墨，a college student, 基本上是每一个月会让我给他
restring他的球拍，每次都是打断了的，Topspin Cyber Flash gauge 17 string，他
有大约178cm，长的挺结实的那种。也很暴力。但俺还没和他打过。
我是自己resting我自己的拍子，从来都是gauge 17 polyester string，2-3个月就换，还
从未有被俺打断的。

发帖数: 13172 | 28 坚持不了了，打室内时问题不大，双打单打效果都很好，3拍抽爆对手。可一到室外，
完全两码事：
1. 刮风:室外有风是正常，没风是中奖。尤其是偶家边上的场地，河边空地，横向无遮
无挡，侧风很厉害
2. 温度变化: 室外温差很大，出太阳和没太阳，中午和晚上，温度经常差10+度C。线
和球的弹性跟着变，根本无法控制
3. 场地：野球场的地面千差万别，硬的软的，摩擦力大的小的，弹跳高的低的，甚至
平的斜的，往上斜还是往下斜的。。。
4. 球：室外场经常地面弄的很粗糙（比如偶家门口的场地），再好的球一会就磨没毛
了。新球和旧球的弹跳和飞行轨迹差别很大
5. 网：野球场的网高根本无法控制，很多场地网中间的带子失踪，尤其加上场地倾斜
状况，实际网高经常差出半尺一尺来
所以，正手暴力平击在室内那种象牙塔里可以打出效果，但是一离开象牙塔就适应性太
差。偶们又不是pro，可以保证场地和器材条件。比如天气和温度一变，ff立刻可以
restring，咱们不行啊。只能在技术上增加容错性。还是我德的打法好，容错性高，真
的需要暴力时也可以压平打暴力 |

因为我自己又restring machine，我不是很在意string durability。
我也不是很了解 NXT and NXT Tour 的区别。看上去，它们两种，也几乎一样。我两个
球友，坚持用NXT Tour，其中一个是得了TE之后，改用NXT Tour，TE好了，所以他强烈
建议我也改用软线的。
自从我改用了软线后，真的感觉这软线是Elbow & Arm friendly。自从上周四晚上，我
已经打了4次网球了。这是我这半年以来从未有过的高频率了。周四傍晚，单打2小时，
3sets，周六早上，单打1.5小时，2sets，昨天周日早上，近3小时双打，结果下午吃
buffet了，需要把多吃的多运动掉，就晚上又跑出去搞了2小时，3sets双打。今天竟然
感觉Elbow没有太大不良反应。看来我的TE是有救了，只有我别打的太多了。 |

against Asus in 2013. The grips might be 9+ years. I threw my racket a
couple of times that day at my serve:). Normally I do not play under the sun
. So it did not bother me much. But that day was hot and I sweat a lot. I
did buy new grip and restring after that. Now I do not have to worry about
throwing my racket on serve:) |

measure the sti immediately after stringing and use it as a reference value
to see how much losses later on. What I don't understand is since sti is not
lbs, for example, if it drops 6 sti, how much lbs it drops? Is there a
correlation? In other words, how do I know it's time to restring when it see
a certain sti drop?

control，手感培养不好，这还不是最大的坏处，关键是power大的拍子对肘子很不好，
容易网球肘，那就得不偿失了。 |

球拍power太大学上旋就比较困难，尤其是上旋发球（kick serve or topspin serve),
业余选手拿大power拍我几乎没见过发kick serve好的。 |
