Offense is not very good. I just had it restrung to 22lb. But I haven't used
it since I bought a Kason 108 PRO a couple of weeks ago. |

are head light (or even for team). I hate a few :P
But of course not with power rough. Some of them I
can serve better, but some really suck for me. Team
is the best one with syn gut, even better than POG OS.
I just restrung my LD's POG, so the string tension
is perfect today :P It did feel better than before.
By the way, I tried k88 as well. It likes my n90, but
slightly heavier. I can not gain much head speed than
team :(

发帖数: 6253 | 5 I am not a crazy-about-stirng guy, but time/price wise, poly is the best bet.
The feeling is not as good as the softer string like the syn gut/
multifiliment etc for me. So if I do have spare time and stringing machine,
the syn gut is better q/p choice for me like Jimmy said.
I restrung my rackets every week when i played a lot, hehe. yes, the thin
syn gut will save money and keep me feel great on the court. But when you
dont have that much time to do the string work(35~45/stick), you will have |

increase my tension to 53/55. I reduced them to 45/47 for
last 2 months. Seems not good for me. I can not control
my forehand using those low tension although the top spin
was better. I will use riversun to test again today :)

发帖数: 30533 | 7 Dude, this is not pure analysis. I do currently have the Head MP
and Wilson Mid and I've experimented with them. I personally
feel their error tolerances are about the same.
For the comparison of Head Mid 90 vs Wilson Mid 85, I need more
time to experiment but current I mishit more with Head. It
might due to string tension is too low. I need to try more once
have it restrung with a new grommet installed.

The only market for it is probably on Talk Tennis at around $30.
I still have to buy a grommet and have it restrung, which costs
about $25...
However, it does have the exactly same head size and string pattern
as the current Prestige Mid and therefore is expected to have the
same sweet spot pattern.

pretty good. i also played insideout's blx90 with ALU rough. i felt Alu
rough had more pop and spin. i have tried golden set Hex but it was in
hybrid. so i need to try hex in full set. and golden set has a new textured
poly "Snakebite", which is interesting to try. generally speaking, goldenset
poly series has a playability 8 out 10 if we use alu rough as a scale. but
alu is too expensive and i used to break it in a week |

powerful again... The 1st time I used a restrung Radical, I can
hardly hit the ball over the net. The 2nd time it felt perfect. The
3rd time on, out of bound a lot again...
I need sth like a more permanent fix. |

1) Go to thrift store to buy rackets. Go to craigslist if feeling
slightly richer. No racket should be above $10.
2) Never restrung. Once string is broken. Use or buy another used
racket with string. Sell the string-broken racket while you can.
3) Go to the court and look for a group of people playing social
tennis. Not the beginners but some decent players. Once they are
about to leave, ask them if you may use the court. 50% chance they
will offer the court as |

long rain season.
Now I probably have 7-8 cheap rackets, and 2-3 of them are worth
restringing. I expect to see similar ratio later. Besides, I plan to do
experiments on my LM Radical. So sooner or later I'll spend more on
restringing. I've restrung 3 times in the past which was $60 already, and
now I seem to break strings more often than before.

2. moved/jumped while hitting the ball
3. racquet speed slow
4. not Volkl pb10 light. I was using pro kennex 5G. the PB almost brought my
tennis elbow back because the string is not good and in a high tension.

I cut off the syn. gut cross and put on a new cross with the same string.
Here's the fresh off the machine measurement:
Old Luxilon Ace 18 main: 48 lbs (was 37 lbs before restrung cross)
New Head Syn. Gut 17 cross: 35 lbs
The tension I set on the machine for the cross: 55 lbs |

I had my coach's racket restrung last week and she told me to put on 52 lbs
instead of 54 lbs that she had the previous time. She said that with
temperature cooling down, strings (especially poly) usually stiffen up. |

baseline corners. It feels like my racket doesn't have enough power, even
