真的结构支撑作用，种点花草，ground cover juniper就行了
真的结构支撑作用的应该很贵，我看附近一个房子修了几个月了，后院塌方，这个房子
塌到房子地基２米，
幸运，旁边房子已经是平地了，所以大挖掘机随便开，不然我觉得不可能修，要挖几米
的几个大洞 |

发帖数: 219 | 22 确实不小，我们去年已经做过一次，是在我们房子的侧面，旧的retaining wall年久失
修，开始倾斜，春天一场大雨以后彻底倒了一大段。
我们也是用一样的砖，大概也是700块左右。那次工程更大，还要租dumpster把旧砖运
走，那次的距离更长，中间有不少地势的起伏，但高度只有这次的一半左右, 总长度大
概在200 feet以内。找了两个contractor估计，都在一万五到两万上下，我最后自己的
成本大概5000不到，包括所有材料，租了三次dumpster就$900，买和租工具。没办法，
穷人呀 :-(。 完工后老婆奖励我一个IPAD :-)
今年算是比较轻松了，旧砖都填到游泳池里面了，省了一半多的工作量。总长度大概在
80 feet，高度就是3.5 feet. |

， 因为没有直接接触土壤。而且draining stone之间有空隙，冬天雪水结冰也不会直
接压迫墙，这个是很多老的retaining wall倒的原因，我们家的也是，后面没有排水，
长期雪水结冰挤涨，肯定会歪。
另外这个砖本身没有水泥来连接，而且从上面看是梯形的，砖和砖之间都有空隙，也可
以排水减压。 |

发帖数: 577 | 32 建retaining wall的关键是高度，不同的city对高度有不同的限制。以Bellevue为例，
超过30"要申请permit，结构上每30"要后退30"，也就是建成梯田状，还要在底部加排
水。如果单层超过30"，需要额外申请code violation exception，还要找geo
engineer做soil analysis，找structural engineer设计wall structure & sewer。
其次是材料。30"以下的可以去HomeDepot搞点砖DIY，30"以上的一般用Rockery，
Concrete或者UltraBlock，需要专业机械。Concrete最灵活，弄好rebar一浇筑就好了
，便宜但是难看。Rockery和UltraBlock需要geo grid和起重机，另外对compact土壤有
要求(>3000psi)。 |

Magazine Tube最后面的那个塑料环（装在return spring的后面），见photo1。
用手指一碰发现中间有个断缝，见下面的photo2.
好像这样装在枪上也能工作，不知道这种小毛病对枪的安全性和射击功能有没有什么影
响？第一次发现枪的问题，所以想问清楚下次再打。

= 1,330K
If retained earning is increased to 700K, other items (revenue, expense, tax
, interest expenses, etc) may change as well. These changes need to be
given. The trial balance will remain 0 when all these changes are taken
into account.
Please note that I have never taken any accounting classes, but I have read
income statements and balance sheets before. |
