我看到mit上面不少人已经在打算file class action了，这是个很好的决定。但有人说
这个案子的胜算不大，我简单说一个类似案子。
发生在加州，A雇员（黑人）起诉雇用B公司，说是employment racial discrimination
,证据是有一次开会的时候，有人做ppt，把他的头像ps到一个猩猩的图片上。起诉之后
B公司希望与之私下和解，A不干，一定要大干一场，走诉讼程序，诉由是B公司failure
to prevent discrimination, harassment,and retaliation against A,A最后拿到了
4.5Million的赔偿金。
相比ABC这件事情，chinese受discrimination的程度当然更严重，受侵犯的对象更广，

周被证明了是一个特别有争议的选择。
他最著名的文章之一，题为《美国对华文化冷战的九大绝招》，是一篇反美文章，
声称好莱坞是美国破坏中国的阴谋的一部分，并把美国人对待中国人的态度比做希特勒
对待犹太人。
实际上，自从上世纪90年代末像《活佛》《红色角落》这样的电影产生争议以来，
好莱坞很担心会由于批评中国而失去一个巨大的市场。恰恰相反：2014年的大片《变形
金刚4》是一部自大、饱受批评的续集，因为赤裸裸地推销中国品牌和迎合中国人的感
情而受到冷嘲热讽。

造成公众恐慌。但是这次行动针对的目标明确，主要对象甚至已经事前得到警告。执行
过程也基本上没有扩大打击范围，伤及的无辜只有一开始的receptionist，这个基本算
collateral damage，后面逃走后杀了个警察只能算半个无辜吧。除此而外抢击完全发
生在编辑会议室内。这种非针对公众的报复行为顶多叫做仇杀，根本不能算是恐怖主义
行为，要是发生在中国的话老将和西方媒体肯定会这样说吧。
当然这不表示我认为这些人该死。

will not tolerate these people. They will simply round them up and execute
