you need use an alternative method (say conventional sanwich ELISA) to
measure your protein to make the standard curve and make a correlation to what you get with your method.
otherwise, you can not claim your method is working.
Besides, what I see is your method may have too much variation and no good
retestability. that is bad. you need improve that. |

reliabiligy is an important issue you need address. My boss always bugs me
with this, whenever I want to run a new assay.
have you calculated Z' score?
I would suggest you run at least triplicates in parallele and calculate sd
for each sample and Z'for the series of your samples and controls. your Z'
must be > 0.5 the higher the better.
BTW, get a set of new pippettes.

so by retest reliability you mean duplicate in the same experiment?
I actually got those data from totally independent exps. I did duplicate
in one exp and they look similar, though I never bother to check how
similar-_-
I never used Z score b4-_- wiki ing...
in fact the point of my current project is the creation of an affinity
agent pair that "should" be useful in sandwich assay. I just want to have

the cost to replace old systems designed with 8/16 bit MCUs, including
hardware redesign, software reprogram, system retest and perphaps FDA
approval reapply? If old systems function well, do you think designers and

impossible. The drug was retested many times for the shelf-life stability
before putting on the market, with so many hands involved in QC/QA. This

LCC and UAUA, AMR's cousins already green around market close.
I'm bullish and tomorrow will be a big rally if TA is still working.
Look at charts of PCYC, check the huge volume and the consolidation
thereafter, what an evil MM! Today it closes with a doji and I bet tomorrow
PCYC will be up around 8%. |

墙街在调动共同基金，主权基金来做炮灰，
在高价购买股票使墙街自己的挤空能得逞。
所以只要向上的趋势未变，就必须再等待。
即使想抢先卖空，也必须限制投入的资金，
把主力用在向上的趋势逆转的高峰价附近。
一旦市场和个别股票向上的趋势逆转，可期待以下跌幅。
AAPL, 20111011, 398.4100, -12.4944, -3.1
PCLN, 20111011, 492.5000, -15.6643, -3.2
GOOG, 20111011, 541.0800, -16.7796, -3.1
可见目前的流行股票一旦开始跌，有约百分之三的跌幅。
要卖空，必须等Uptrend Line断掉的时刻，并且不能贪心。

Fake break out. All high volumn in last few days are MMs distribution.
Market will go south in two days.
2. Up with low or normal volumn:
True break through. MM collect enough chips during last few days. But will
retest this SPX 1150 support next week. Bull can ride on at that time.
3. Down with low volumn:
Market may go south and repeat this for several days.
4. Dow with big volumn:
Another bear trap: buy on dip
5. Pig with either high or low volumn:
