根据Gladwell的说法，当年常青藤们用所谓的综合素质来控制犹太高分学生
的入学率。后来这套方法就被制度化了。
根据网上的八卦和领导同学私下的交流，后来各个大学又加入了对学生人生
经历的考察。也就是说如果你能克服人生困难，取得成绩，也可以为入学加分。
加州大学基本上看GPA，但是竞争激烈了，GPA之外的成绩也成了关键。尤其
过去10来年，中学大学的GPA都注水，所以GPA的成色不如以前(google grade
inflation, 可以看到大量报道）。今年伯克利据掉的学生里好像好像都有一万GPA
4.0的。所以光看成绩不行了，achievements+life experience也很重要。
另外课程难易有影响，但影响多大就难说了。我个人倾向于Newport的说法：
课程难易不重要，多修少修课程也不重要。重要的是"being remarkable"。而

Harry doesnt have the feeling of internet. He still treats it as an academic
problem, ranking and accuracy are not all of the thing. He is improving
these two metrics, even with "using" google query result as ground truth
through "customers", that's fine, but that's really short sight, too.
