【前言】
2012 Honda Fit 5D 我们的爱车，虽说不是什么高档车，但是也是我们经过长时间考虑
，积蓄了很久才决定的。3.24买的新车，4.5日拿到手，刚刚跑了316miles。刚刚在网
上order了挺多配件。这段时间越开这辆小车，越喜欢。但是买的是半险，全险纽约一
年5000多，因为拿驾照不到1年，平时开车都很小心，全险要顶三分之一的车钱，就买
了半险。
【案发经过】
纽约local晚上8点左右，我跟GF从学校出来，她开车，我坐副驾驶。我们行驶在174th
单行道，在一个75av的交叉路口（75av是双行道且没有stop sign），stop sign前停下
，看了两边路上没车，启动直行，再看左边，有车慢慢开来，准备看右边的时候已经撞
上了，同时安全气囊直接打开。车也往左前方滑行了很短距离停在了小树前（今天又去
看过现场，小树手腕那么粗，被蹭掉了层皮），当时我们根本就不知道谁撞的谁，就本
能的赶紧下车。我们的车头受损，也不知道对方是哪里。后面才知道，从右边开过来的

还记得那个台湾老太太因为安全带脱落直接撞在前dash上撞死的那件事情么？不过视频
现在已经被block掉了，丰田真是垃圾公司，狡辩说安全带脱落时因为设计的时候没有
设计承受那么大的压力，敢情那个老太太是台湾第一胖，更可笑的是气囊居然也没爆开
。。。

强大的撞击力道让谢老太太腹腔大出血，鲜血还留在座椅和安全带上
家属气氛追究原因，让汽车厂商不要回避事实和责任
他们制造没有问题，材质没有问题，就是撞击力道大于他们的设计
他原因不明，他要说原因不明
车商指出车子的设计没有估算到如此大的撞击力道，安全带调整器材会变形
这样的回答让家属很不满意，家属求助专业的汽车修理厂老师傅
他都觉得安全带真的问题很大
在修车20几年来，第一次遇到安全带脱落的状况，觉得蛮惊讶的
正常来讲应该是安全带是不会脱落的
安全带是不是变成致命的多名带有待更多的科学的实验验证，不过买了不到一年的新车
就发生这样的悲剧难怪家属会伤恸不已

驾驶位安全带的retractor松了，好像是设计的通病。好多车都有。去年在另外一个州
找人看，说通病，就算换新的，也很快就松了，retractor对安全影响不大。后来搬家
就忙忘记了。今年开始弄这个，结果ford把这款的安全带停产了。。很搞笑，这么重要
的安全部件也能停产。
找了好几个dealer都没办法，他们都从ford直接进货。这个怎么弄啊？郁闷死了。车况
很好，还想多开几年来的。。 |

I just fixed mine (Camry 97). My driver side seat belt doesn't retract and
when I swapped passenger side seat belt retractor to the driver side, I
accidentally broken it (NOTE, you should swap the whole assembly of seatbelt
, otherwise, you may make the same mistake as I did). So I have to fix both.
I got a pair from a junk yard. 35$ for each (new will cost a little more
than 200$/each -- quoted from a local dealer)

我也遇过收不回去的情况。我的vw mk4是pillar trim下面的retractor坏了，网上花
200块左
右买了新module。dealer收取一个半小时手工。因为是driver side seat belt
contains
explosive items， 估计自己弄不来。 |

street. Usually it took me about 30-40 minutes. But today I had a bad luck:
after I refill the gas, the machine refused to start by retractor. It took
me quite some time to find a long extention cable to start it by electric
power. |

全责备，审稿的一些意见有事实错误或者逻辑错误。跟编辑发email，编辑根本不理我
。一怒之下，改投10分杂志，又拉了两个有些名气的教授做中间的作者，结果就很快接
受了。就是看人下菜碟。后来看到某出身高贵哈佛著名美女retractor又被NIH 当成贵
客做色迷纳，我就彻底对这行失去信心，痛下决心转行了。 |

retractor，还有某做老年痴呆兼老鼠行为的华裔大牛，还有不少癌症大牛。这些大牛
就是被质疑很久了，无数high profile Retraction，在NIH眼里仍然是大牛。而HHMI就
不买账，值得赞扬。生物医学研究到了今天，NIH功不可没。 |
