depreciation一般是按revaluation后的数值折旧，所以书上才会提到subsequent
depreciation amount.
1）所以除非企业重新revalue the fixed asset,revaluation surplus是不变的。
2）如果没有其他的条件，depreciation expense 是100，不存在什么revalution loss
.如果有revalution loss,那也是先reverse the revaluation surplus on the OCI,
then amount of loss in excess of the revaluation surplus goes to the income
statement. |

我明白了，那么原题的答案就是
1）Balance 上的revaluation surplus是多少？$500还是$400？
500
2）Income Statement有什么变化？不变，还是有$100的loss？
100的loss, due to depreciation expense
但是这样，这个企业的income statement就不consistent了：
因为，假定这个机器就那么一次revaluation,将来的若干年一直就是正常的
depreciation
由于revaluation surplus那部分不计入income statement，
直接计入other comprehensive income，加到equity头上
但是depreciation照减不误
由于这个机器的存在，最终该企业的income statement上将累计有1500的
depreciation expense.
但是另一方面，该企业在购买机器的实际成本是1000，而不是1500
这不就不一致了吗？

有EAD和offer就可以回来。
但是如果在opt 有工作 并且h1b已经批准了的情况下（学生签证过期了），去加勒比海
