發現，多達33%樣本的基因與標籤不符，最令人震驚的，莫過於「油魚」充「白呑拿魚
」。研究指，巿面出售貼上「白呑拿魚」標籤的魚肉，有多達84%實際上是「油魚」，
壽司店更加是「假魚重災區」，74%食物標籤不正確，食肆出售的海鮮也有38%標籤不正
確。
