车上的罚单，说我停在为resident reserved停车位上。 我停车时仔细看了，一排停
车位也没有特殊的标志说哪个是reverved。而且所有的标志都是法语也看不懂。 请问
这个发单能不能免掉 |

果这次换油又发现coolant还是很脏。车店说是因为radiator里面的水很脏了，他没有f
lush radiator。我就奇怪了，从下面放水的时候难道不是整个cooling system都应该放
光？是不是他忘做了忽悠我？ |

to let the old coolant totally out of coolant system.
you have to take out the thermostat from the engine.
otherwise, some coolant still in engine.
disconnect two major hoses.(from radiator to engine and from engine to
radiator) |

you can use the reversation number to check online for authentication.
compare several agents before you make the purchase. make sure the agent you

问broker可不可以lock, 他还一直拖，说是我账户上cash 不够12个月的reverve, 虽然
我401k上钱可以，但是他一定要等到和underwiter confirm才可以。 其实我股票账户
上的钱已经超过reserve需要的数字，
请问是这个broker 不靠谱吗？ lock一定要等所有都清了，才可以吗？ 如果不lock 我
担心错过这一波低利率。
临时换broker 搞得定，有可能很快锁吗 |

总体而言，大多数银行都在拓展信用卡在美国以外的消费。其中做的最好的是Chase,
Capital One,Discover。
注：不是在谈ATM取当地cash的foreign transaction fee，那是debit card
具体分类入下：
【Chase】
所有收年费的信用卡(除了southwest Plus)都是免foreign transaction fee。
道理很简单，southwest主要美国国内航班，有个别中美墨西哥的，不是太在乎本来就
很小的海外消费环节。
更新：$69年费的Plus是要收。 / 99年费的Premier，是免。
其他的酒店卡，航空公司卡非常看重客户在travel的同时，在海外市场的消费。
Chase自己的信用卡，Sapphire Preferred目标就是让到处travel人士使用。Ink是biz
卡，原则上用户的刷卡量肯定会很大，所以也提供该benifits.JP Morgan Palladium/
JP Morgan Select目标和蓝宝石差不多。

发帖数: 320 | 8 补充一个地方，oprner上会有几个旋钮调节reverve torque之类的，翻翻manual。如果
确信轨道没有杂物，没有机械问题，可以把自动弹回的阈值调高。俺家去年冬天吃出过
类似问题是这么干的。注意安全，调太高了会砸到人也弹不回去。 |
