with minor revision, with major revision), 或者不能发表。 如果你推荐的是

有个看见有Typo， 也尽量帮助作者更正
如果是垃圾文章，你不推荐发表， 当然可以全部说坏话， 不过要有理有据才有说服力

一个领域内的top journal， 三个reviewers：第一个major revision, 第二个
accepted after minor revision, 第三个rejection。
前面两个reviewers都提了很好的修改意见，扬扬洒洒好几页。
第三个reviewer就列了几条意见（大部分意见不make sense），一共才半页纸。
副主编AE建议大改后重新review。
主编Editor在decision letter里说：不同意第三个reviewer rejection的意见,同意AE以及前两个reviewers的意见(well-written, interesting topic...）需要major revision，主编还说“we believe that your manuscript could eventually be accepted but will require a thorough revision.”
这篇文章对我很重要，以为会比较顺利。
请问老师们，这种case，文章被接受的机会大吗？主编 |

concern，给了个major revision。在第二轮审的时候，
另外又发现该稿件在理论上有一点跟作者claim的不符合，
然后我又评了个major revision。
但是，编辑来信说该稿件最后的结果是minor revision。
俺有点困惑这是怎么回事。我写concern的时候，写的非
常清楚为什么该方法上有理论问题，还举了个例子加以
说明。我觉得最后结果至少是个major revision的。大
家觉得这个事情寻常么？ |

I revised and replied the questions with references. The same reviewer kept
throwing bad words on the work and the revision. The reviewer asked for
another major revision. The other two reviewers are satisfied.
I wrote a letter to Editor as the reviewer seems not to be very reasonable
and the decision time was long (> 2.5 mo for 1st decision and >1 mo for 2nd
decision; the decisons were sent out after I inquired).

且有时候好像没有再次送审似的。但是从编辑的角度，确切的理解是什么？
最近审稿时候有些系统是有major revision，以及reject&resubmit两个选项的。这两
个选项更让我感觉是不是major revision就包含很大的接收概率，而且有机会修改稿不
再被送审而直接接收？如果我审一个稿子，内容需要大改，要改后再审再定夺是否可以
接收，是不是就应该选择reject&resubmit而不是major revision？

都不给,他们那里反正也不差人投稿,我看有个MAJOR REVISION的意见其实很容易回答的
,他就是没看懂我们在做什么,用些老的观点来质问我们.
最后这篇文章我改得受不了了,投了PLOS ONE,两个都是MINOR REVISION,大概是收了,不
过比先两个杂志还是差了很多很多的.
好的杂志PI是谁很重要很重要,我有个合作者发了很多PNAS,每次都是拉了个院士一起投.

editor原话是 your manuscript could be reconsidered for publication if you
are prepared to make revisions based on the comments of the reviewers
两个reviewer，reviewer 1 给的comments都很中肯，甚至有表扬在里面，基本我都可
以接纳并按照它去改，可以推断给的最终意见是accept with revision
reviewer 2 从头到尾都在扁这个稿子，说出了 this manuscript does not make
contribution to the literature and the literature review does not show that
this manuscript fills a gap这样的话，并且最后说 I suggest the authors fix

我12年的时候申请过亚马逊，亚马逊的系统里有我的信息。这次的朋友refer是直接拿
着我的简历给了组里的recruiter，recruiter是match了我以前的档案给我面试，但档
案里的信息还是我以前的（包括工作经历什么的），这是我从面试官那里得到的信息，
因为面试当中发现面试官手上的还是我两年前的简历。
这次挂了以后我重新申请了一个账号，新的邮箱，简历内容里名字都是一样的。我觉得
亚马逊hiring manager肯定知道是重复账号，也许只是想再给我一次机会罢了。毕竟这
个公司招人如麻，放宽条件是很正常的。
关于leadership问题，其实就是BQ，只是亚麻管这个叫leadership。没有标准答案。

appeared earlier this week, 9to5Mac reports that half of those part numbers
are indeed for a revised version of the third-generation full-size iPad.
The revised iPads arriving at next Tuesday's media event will reportedly
