CV和resume里面，文章要么是in preparation, 要么是submitted, 要么是submitted
and under review, 要么就是accepted/in press，再或者就是发表的期刊号。
revision理论上不是一个明确的状态，major revision，minor revision都叫revision
，revise后可能接受也可能不接受。说revision没有多大的意义。看你resume的人也懂
这些的。所以不用特别去突出revision。under review就已经说明问题了。
文章没有接受以前，不管你说啥，别人都只是认为这文章没有发表呢。 |

有意思的是绝大部分是revise down sharply.
有很多人注意过这个现象.你可以在google里输入 us gdp revised 后面google 会自动
建议几个词条: us gdp revised down, us gdp revised sharply lower, us gdp
revised lower. 大家都明白这个游戏了.
这绝对不是一个简单的数字计算错误或什么的.因为每次都是revise down很多,可以相
差百分之几十. 绝对不是误差之类的.
所以完全有理由相信这些数据是否有任何credit. 有捏造嫌疑. 成了统治者愚弄公众的工具.
当然老将肯定会无视这些的. |

第二次的结果是： reject。
我在审paper，因为review的不多，所以不好决定。这个paper第一次给了major
revision，(其他4个reviewers的意见也都是major revision)。但是这次改回来重新审
，发现没有什么太大的改动，我的一些意见和其他审稿人的不少意见都没有被很好的
address。
有个理论问题，2个reviewers（包括我）都提出来了，但是他们只是argue说没问题，
但是他们自己的实验结果都显示有问题。
另一个大的问题是，他们的实验很weak，但是他们在revision中加的实验只是使实验部
分的数据增多了，并没有提高实验比较的公平性，很重要的测试（体现他们算法的准确
性的）仍然没有给出，这个之前已经有一个reviewer明确指出过。
我觉得再给major revision也是徒劳的，因为作者好像很固执，不知道是不是韩国人的
通病（我遇到的韩国人不少是这样的）。有经验的大牛帮看看，应该跟他们争论他们的
理论有问题，让继续major revise，还是直接reject呢？ |
