据，也没说收，而且没区分是 major 还是 minor revision，那个取决于 reviewers'
comments。
换句话说，唯一有用信息就是这次没据，还有机会。

reviewer的问题应该在第一轮就提出来，以后只应该就修改的地方提意见。
如果每一轮都提新意见，就没完没了了。
可以直接找editor去complain。
我们一次类似的情况去complain后直接接受。
有个刊物，有一次甚至在Revision后，reviewer又提出新意见，
editor无视直接Accept。 |

by the end of January.
According to the rumor site, currently testing PowerMacs range from single
2.0GHz to dual 2.5GHz G5s and claims that IBM has had G5 chips at up to 2.5GHz
in sampling since March.
IBM briefly leaked a press release in March claiming the PowerPC 970 will
reach speeds between 1.8GH |

的工具可以显示 revision graph 么？ 最好是免费的，看了 smartsvn, 但是好像这
个功能只能试用。

ideally, you can use "svn update -r old_version" to use the old revision.
subsequent "svn update" will go back to HEAD.
worst case, just delete all working copy and co again. |

然后，然后，晚上居然有人买了个300块的东西，一看fee是10%，那玩意是电子产品，
应该6%的fee，被坑了快10块钱，这store fee要白交了。。。

the ethnicity of authors. You can criticize the English in the paper but not
suggest an stereotype.
Major revision is just another chance, I even know examples of paper being
