面膜我用三种，一种是一周用一到两次的深层清洁类，一种是晚上日常清洁以后用的纸膜，还有一种
就是夜间过夜leave in的保湿膜。
先说第一种。Biotherm HYDRA-DETOX BIO-DEFENSIS Moisturizing Detoxifying Mask.这
个东东是很久以前一个神仙般美女同学推荐给我的。号称不用任何department store护肤品，就一
周用一次这个，然后日常护理都很简单（玉兰油，neutrogena那种几块钱的面霜）。我觉得不可置
信，但是还是败了这款面膜。这一败，就黏上了。清洁效果没得说，而且就像名字里说的，detox效
果极佳，摸上去清清凉凉的，洗掉以后神清气爽。
第二种，日常清洁后的纸膜种类就很多啦。我一般都是在sasa上买。用下来这几个性价比很高。首推

我说大里讲BIM是一个过程，是一个process (wiki也是这么说的），
就是一个information share的过程，
是一个information modeling的过程；
小里说，那就是一个个的模型，
是一个个information model.
可是争这个有用吗？
