摘 要
1980 年代中共重新評價與檢討1958 年解放軍「反教條主義」邉拥腻e
誤，其中，鄧小平發揮決定性的作用。然而，卻無專文探討鄧小平當年在此
事中所扮演的角色和作為。本文的論點為：基於毛澤東的授意、鄧小平自身
與軍隊的淵源，以及其職位上與軍務的聯繫，鄧小平對於軍中發起的「反教
條主義」，了解知情外，其態度傾向支持，甚至頗為激進。在毛澤東的囑咐
下，鄧小平更介入1958 年中央軍委擴大會議，強勢地驅策主軍的彭德懷改
變會議的議程，掀起「反教條主義」的最高潮。鄧小平在肯定會議批判方向
的前提下，僅出面保護其昔日戰友劉伯承，使之免遭劫難。經由本文的討
論，亦能對其他若干流行的中共黨史觀點，提出有別既往的思考和啟發。

CNN，反复播放一条新闻，一个CNN记者，在北京采访许志永案开庭，闯禁区，和北京警
察起了肢体冲突，被北京警察揍了一顿，塞进车里，看起来有些搞笑。这几天，《纽约
时报》、《华盛顿邮报》也纷纷报道这件事。于是在网上调研了一下，才发现，许志永
其人其事，果真不简单。美国国务卿克里2013年12月10日就呼吁中国释放刘晓波、许志
永等人。许志永判了四年，美国国务院在第一时间做出反应，对这一判决“深感失望”

And this is not the language used in Civil Revolution, either. A lot of
words and the way wording sentences are only possilbe long after Civil
Revolution. Thus, it's written by someone fairly young, probably never
