Apache服务器运行出错，不能rewrite网址了，导致首页上所有的链接失效，request不
到正确的网页文件
down机时间从下午3点21分到4点57分
现在已经弄好了 :)
其实主要原因还是访问量的增长，网站运行需要的内存也随之增长，而硬件资源没跟上，呵呵
内存不够用时，或者web server会出错，或者database server会出错。
最近访问量持续增大，导致前两天数据库的内存被用光了几次，出现过11次的Out of
memory的错误。开始考虑升级更大内存的hosting plan了，呵呵 |

不能作为例外，重新定TK的回程，这是违反UA里程票规定的，但SUPERVISOR可以REWRIT
E。
如果可能的话，不知道你太太在印度有没有朋友，可以在新德里UA帮她处理一下，有时
候出发地的AGENT权力更大。
至少看看能不能改成亚洲出发的UA航班，这个SUPERVISOR绝对有这个权力，只要他肯帮
你。从尼泊尔到中国香港、上海或北京，甚至新加坡，都不会太贵。当然这个时候的里
程舱位可能很难定到，也得有赖于UA AGENT是否肯帮你。
最重要一点，人只要平安，能花钱解决的问题，都不是大问题。

其实，他们一开始帮楼主改日期和fra出发，应该已经是通融了的。按照以前的规定，
用用到partner的行程，一旦出发了就不可以改了，无论剩下的行程是不是只有ua。但
是我用特殊情况让supervisor改过，加100（现在150）。
楼主要清楚自己的option是什么，可以要求什么。不要ua找到一个fra出发的option给
你，你就不去看其他option了，拼命找del-fra的票。也许del-fra的票比直接从尼泊尔
回ord还贵呢。
另外，同一件事情不要另外起帖子，显得比较没有头绪。
