“忽悠”的本质是观点和事实脱节。西方社会普遍还是讲诚信，对忽悠是不能包容的。
多数managers是在provide rhetoric。根据stakeholder的不同，把手头的项目简洁明
了的介绍出来。这些论述可能变来变去，但是每一种论述都是基于事实的。
要想自己的项目有impact, rhetoric比实际操作重要太多了。因为现代社会信息量太大
，多数人都只想听一个有趣的和自己的利益有关的故事。想不明白这点就干一辈子技术

中国的战略图谋，思想和文化领域，是其长期渗透的重点”—这让西方观察家感到震惊
，并让人想起了红卫兵挥舞着红宝书的场景。
在胡锦涛任职期间，他表现出了最自律，最不露痕迹的技术官僚形象。所以他的此次言
论是非常少见的值得一评的事件。我想对他的文章及其对中国2012年产生的影响发表看
法。
首先，我同意David Cohen的说法，胡锦涛的文章是讲给体制内的党员听的。明年10月
交接权力之前，胡锦涛有两个直接的担忧：他要留下政治遗产，同时为共产党未来规划
战略。
第二，胡锦涛文章最有意思的地方，不是他讲了什么，而是他没讲什么：即，他选择了
强调一个没多少人会认为是问题的一个问题，而留下了他10年前从江泽民那里继承的至
今尚未解决的问题——不断加大的贫富差距，党内腐败，中国道德沦丧。

的黑猴子”。对此，白宫强烈谴责这一种族主义言论，称其“丑陋又无礼”。
5月2日，朝鲜中央通讯社刊文谩骂奥巴马是“小丑”、“肮脏的家伙”、“长得没
人样”，并称“奥巴马最好到非洲野生动物园跟一群猴子住一起，舔食观众抛出的面包
屑。”
对此，一向对朝鲜官方言论置之不理的白宫坐不住了，严厉回应抨击朝中社此举极
其令人反感。美国国家安全会议发言人海登表示，“朝鲜政府控制的媒体素以装腔作势
闻名，但上述评论极其丑陋又无礼。”
《华盛顿邮报》评论称，尽管朝鲜官方言行向来无礼，但如此野蛮地攻击美国领导
人却极为罕见，甚至连美国十九世纪五十年代的词汇都搬了出来。对于此次人身攻击，
朝鲜似乎丝毫不担心其后果，但与该通讯社其它文章不同的是，这篇文章并没有英文版。
朝鲜称“他（奥巴马）是血缘不明的杂种，”“数百万年以来人类早已进化，而他
却仍保留着猴子的特征。”
这篇5月2日发表的文章几乎未被外界所注意，但却被长期关注朝鲜人权状况的美国

德确定的，其中很重要的一点，就是说话要看对方是什么人，就是见人说人话，见鬼说
鬼话。 王部长可能在国内对 唯唯诺诺怕被端掉的记者 非常鄙视，在加拿大不小心，
又流露了那个心态。
rhetoric，其实就是说，你说话的时候，一定要看对方是什么样的人。这其实也就是白
人虚伪的一个文化依据。所以，你肉麻吹捧白人的时候，白人会照单全收，一点都不谦
