这么老的帖子都被翻出来,赫赫
对的,就是在RHV的航线上。其实sjc的航班还好,都是大飞机,飞的比较高
最可恶的是RHV的那些小破飞机,搭不了几个人,飞的又低,还特别响
不知道去哪里投诉比较好

我在三番RHV飞的时候,就是个双跑道有塔台的D,特别忙,落地经常是No.3, No. 4。
旁边就是San Jose的C,还有SF Intl的B。很多学员学飞,特别乱。最要命的是tower里
也不少新手,我就遇见过不少乌龙事件。老板说,你在这儿飞过了,全国都能搞定了。
bay tour的时候,RHV直接hand me over给SJC的tower,然后被要求在1000AGLcross
midfield,感觉很好,看着737在脚下起落,然后hand over to norcal approach,穿过SFO的B去golden gate bridge。
不过LA是比较乱,去年想去San Diego,老板说那边山不少,而且空域乱,有些
corridor需要搞清楚,后来因故未遂。。。

我就在RHV学的,觉得还好啊,no.3, no.4的情况还是比较少的
从RHV飞bay tour,call ground的时候就直接request bay tour, 在地面上就给squawk
code了,刚起飞立刻call SJC tower, 一般要求在1500ft cross midfield, 然后hand
over给nor cal, stay west of hwy 101, 他让飞多高就飞多高

穿过SFO的B去golden gate bridge。

哦呵呵都是RHV的,不过我现在在东岸。我在RHV落地几百次,不排队的时候还真不多。
经常前面的家伙飞big pattern,而我在练power off landings,所以经常被要求extend
downwind 。。。
空管里嫩的也多,一次taxiway z有事儿,有些cones在上面不让走,而ground里甜蜜的
女声说taxi to 31R via zulu,旁边的教练立马说so you wanna us go thru the cones
? 女声磕绊了一会儿改口说to 31R via yankee。。。
还有一次马上要落地31L了,tower突然说change to 31R,教练难以置信又确认了一遍,
tower确认了,我们立马在低空低速的时候掰到右边,这时候听到radio里screaming "
no!"。教练骂道“shit!",我们感紧加油go around。原来31R final上我们后面还有一
飞机。这类事儿还有好多,所以以后真不能太信空管。

95124,我这两天研究了下,发现两个middle school和high school都在高压线下。买房
子还可以避开高压线,但是孩子每天都要上学,没法避开。
95132除了RHV机场航线,fault,还有啥缺点,谁来讲讲?谢谢。

there's nothing wrong with cross wind. the ability to TOAL with x-wind gives
people more flexibility and add more safety cushion.
compared with RHV and PAO, SQL is closer to the Bravo. but again it gives
student pilot a good way to understand what's needed for Bravo. pilots from
central valley often don't have the guts to even get close the Charlie.
PAO is small and crowded. sometimes there're a whole bunch of planes waiting
to take off. burning the hobbs time on taxiway is a waste of money.

我建议去RHV的AeroDynamic Aviation,最有特色的学校。一大半的飞机都是
taildragger,更能打好基础。

No need to start on a taildragger if you don't plan to fly one in the future.
I agree RHV is a better choice for learning.
KRHV has 2 runways which means better exposure to more complex patterns.
Also KE16 is just about 20 miles to the south, non-towered with very few
traffic. Great place for practicing maneuvers or pattern work without a lot
of traffic.
I don't have good authority on this but I heard KPAO is also slightly more
expensive.

Taildragger teaches student to use stick & rudder properly because it's
inherently unstable, so you have to control the airplane from engine start
to engine shutdown.
Nowadays many flight schools in the US don't even allow renters to solo a
taildragger, so you should absolutely take advantage of the fact that RHV
has so many taildraggers available for training and rental.

AeroDynamic 在 RHV,离三藩市太远
如果离三藩市很近的话,可能只能考虑 San Carlos。

为啥assume编译器会为你优化哪?
当然vector定义了rhv的copy constructor,但是用一下move不好吗?
现在我老写c++代码都不敢用raw pointer,
