上周第一天给他做，结果气死我了，不但慢，而且做４０道能错８道。我怒号，各种
MEAN；他掉两滴小眼泪，瞥我一眼，还好象是我发火是我的错一样。上周第二天
:做，说不要求速度了，结果他还是错的一塌糊涂。我降低了预期，控制了火气，说我
:ANGRY是因为我的身体告诉我事情的危急性，必须及时行动－－你的数学就到了很危急
:的时刻。当然真要行动，靠着急发火是解决不了问题的，要冷静行动－－解决你数学

大家是怎么把2张护照照片固定在485/131/765的申请package里的啊？直接拿个paper
clip恐怕弄不结识吧。
还有就是那个Medical exam的信封，大家是怎么固定到那一摞表格中的，还是直接放和
其他表格放到一个大信封里？如果用ACCO的那种fastener封485表格和支持材料的话，
没法封这个信封吧。 |

美国Physics PhD
毕业4年，一直博后
文章16篇，一作7篇
审稿20多次
引用～100
我的案子弱点是引用偏低，主要原因是博士导师要求严格读博期间只有一篇文章引用只
有七次，所以我文章基本都在博后期间发的（1篇一作PNAS，1篇一作Plos
Computational Biology，1篇Biophysical Journal, 非一作有一篇Circulation，一篇
Heart Rhythm其他都是plos和会议文章）引用基本都是从2015年以后的，每年～50次
左右。当时我的大学好友引用比我还低～40次通过郭律师 Daniel Guo Law帮忙顺利通
过140审批，虽然个体差异很大还是决定找郭律师帮忙。因为感觉郭律师不同于一般律
师只接简单案子（高引用）。
第一次电话约谈时我引用80次左右，郭律师建议等到～100次左右提交，成功率在80-90

While there are a lot of good sides for this big isolated island - sunny
beach, less polution, slower life rhythm ....., most of them is suitable to
people who are close to retire or "loser".
Oh, another important thing you have to remember is that no matter how good
