在版面考古发现大家推荐Richland Creek和The Fountains。可是Richland Creek在网
上的评价并不高啊，被抱怨的是房子老旧，manager态度不好，维修不及时等等。请问
正在住或以前住过的网友，Richland Creek到底怎么样呢？
我考虑租Richland Creek是因为它离Vandy开车不远，而且自带洗衣机烘干机。请问除
了Richland Creek，离Vandy不太远（开车15分钟左右），且自带洗衣机烘干机的小区
，还有什么可以选择的？

发帖数: 16647 | 2 帮你查了下。。。regular的航班里，离richland最近的是pasco，wa，机场代码psc，
常有航班。
价格也不贵，便宜的时段200出头点就能搞来回票，不好的地方就是没有non-stop，都
要在sfo转机。好处就是你不用开车到richland，当中那段雪路可能这季节不太好开。
其他两个大机场，seattle或者portland，到richland距离差不多，你可以按价格和机
票deal来决定。如果差不多，建议到seattle，seattle冬天很差，不过应该比portland
稍微好玩那么一点点。。。
seattle附近还是挺冷的，特别是湿冷，让人的感觉比实际气温冷。男的不怕冷的穿个
northface fleece应该够了，怕冷的话穿个薄一点的羽绒服或者大衣。如果你指的
seattle附近是richland，那我没经验，估计气温也是10摄氏度左右，但是不会湿冷，
应该很干燥，不会太冷 |

我五月底从休斯顿回丹佛，带小孩，整整开了两天。
从丹佛去盐湖城，我开过，算一天。
从盐湖城到Richland，至少一天。
有可能玩的：（1）RMNP。 离丹佛近。可以不走trail。开车过一遍也很好，尤其如果
你没有来过西部。一天。（2）大盐湖（味道大了一点）摩门教堂。一天。 |

国许多城市的房价已超过了历史高点。
据《财政时报》(The Fiscal Times)报道，信用报告公司TransUnion估计，未来五年内
，或将有1,710万首次购房者进入住房市场，比过去五年来的1290万买家增长了32%。
TransUnion发现，2015年第四季度，在所有首次购房者中20至39岁为一年龄段占了60%
，而15年前这一比例仅为44%。同时，20至29岁占比也很大，为28%，2000年的时候他们
的比例为17%。
《财政时报》在早前报道称，房地产调研公司ATTOM Data Solutions的数据显示，美国

美国联邦核能规范委员会昨日证实，南卡罗莱纳州西屋公司核能发电用核燃料棒生產厂
钢筋水泥地板破洞，导致放射性铀外泄，不过南卡公共卫生官员表示，外泄的核幅射物
质不致对水资源的供应构成威胁。但放射性铀已污染厂区下方土壤，其程度约为一般土
壤环境中铀含量的1300倍。
史上3大核灾 俄日美损失惨重
南卡当地媒体报导，美国核能规范委员会说，南卡州首府暨该州最大城哥伦比亚市南边
的西屋核燃料生產厂，钢筋水泥地板出现8公分破洞，放射性的铀经此外泄。美国核能
规范委员会7月12日获知，发现该破洞深达2公尺。
美国公共卫生与环境管控部指出，放射性的铀是用来制造核燃料棒，不认为放射性铀已
泄漏出厂区，且未威胁到水资源的供应。不过，美国当局仍在等待西屋完成地下水相关
