再逆向思维一下，如果拉伸能让小腿肌肉变长，那下次再有怕练出胳膊肌肉的MM，我是

我这里有一本书，“The New Rules of Lifting for Women"，主要作者是和“The New
Rules of Lifting"是一样的。Lou Shuler曾经先后是Men's Fitness和Men's Health
杂志的编辑。而Alwyn Cosgrove则是Men's Health和tmuscle网站上知名的trainer。我
摘录其中一段，当然，这不是直接说小腿肌肉形状，也不是说拉伸的。而且，如果不相
信的话，也不妨当作民科处理：

不妨就直接去读University of North Dakota或者Embry-Riddle的飞行员专业
学费+5万左右的飞行费用。
工作前景：短期欧美不理想，毕业后作飞行教员，工资基本一年三万左右。哪怕侥幸进
了航空公司也是飞支线小regional jet，工资也就三万多。长期不好预测。
愿意回中国的话，半年左右的转机型训练，然后基本就可以飞737或者320的副驾，工资
加福利现在的行情基本是4万人民币每月。

以后被香港入境处以“unskilled non-permanent resident”为理由，不准航空公司发
offer。TAT
因此现在当务之急就是尽快拿到CPL……
美联航的机师朋友推荐了Embry-Riddle，可是超级贵……而且貌似要再读一个本科……
求问版上的飞友们，ATP、Pheonix East等等飞校靠谱么？如果是以尽快达到0-CPL+
TT250为目标，有什么飞校是推荐的呢？

白是你汉语中的情人，要俺说你还是别用这个模子去找英国情人了，找不到；多半还是

要说李白诗的壮阔想象的瑰丽，我读聂鲁达中晚期诗有时候会想起他来，不是英诗不过
。波斯诗人hafez对酒的迷恋以及醉翁之意，让我想起李白，比如他的Ode 487:

我读的是英译，但算不上英诗。但总体感觉和李白都区别太大。这些都是各文明各帮派
的代表诗人，有各自的特点也正常吧？就像各个文明区别不小一样。也许英诗当中也出
过李白一样的诗人，写了两三首出来大家都说你别写了这也是诗，他郁闷就喝酒喝死了。 |
