双重标准失之轻率了。
与其轻率纪律处分小董，FIG更应该审视自己的年龄限制是否具备可操作性。如果规定
采信护照年龄，那么就采信护照年龄。如果怀疑有国家年龄作假，那么就要求提供出生
证等第二第三证据，例如出生证和有客观证据的完整简历。如果仍旧怀疑作假，可要求
运动员宣誓终生不得改变年龄，如果这太ridiculus,可以检测骨龄。如果还是不行，不
如废除无可操作性的年龄限制，改为身高体重等可即时测量的指标，或者综合标准。 |

or whatever. those principles are abstract and cannot evolve with the
advancement of human production rate. Worse, their interpretations are
not univeral among people. You may agree with Ron Paul's interpretation
of constitution, other people may have their opinions.
It is very hard to come down from the abstract constitution to
a real, practical solution that is executable in nowadays America.

就觉得态度不好，后来有一次去佛州要租车，跟他问保险coverage的问题，不耐烦的不
行，当时觉得allstate便宜，别的公司未必就好，就没换。
最近听说ALL STATE 在索赔时很不容易对付，服务也差，现在价钱又一下涨了25%，朋
友推荐statefarm，于是就打电话过去试试，服务特别好，东西解释的很清楚，价格也
很好，另外我们allstate的价格虽然不高，但coverage很差，于是switch。
因为我已经付了allstate下半年的钱，就打电话到allstate去cancel，这个Jeff态度
TMD差到了荒谬的地步，一副懒得搭理你的态度。下面是对话：
ME: I am calling to cancel our auto insurance.
Agent: ok. Effective starting tomorrow?
Me: yes.

我来followup一下：
1.我去BBB投诉过了，这应该会影响他们的rating
2.也去allstate投诉过了，接电话的老印惊讶的不行，他说他虽然不知道会怎样，但听
说有agent因这被取消过资格，i will keep my figures crossed。然后本来refund要
一个月，他说给变成加快的，一个星期就会到，结果支票第二天就到了
3.买了statefarm的车险以后隔一天就收到东西了，包括：临时险卡，几张名片，两个
小东东礼物，一张由agent手写的statefarm感谢卡（harder to read than prints,
but, me likey!），以及一些文档
结论：至少以后要是出了什么事，俺不会想："F**k! now I have to call that SOB
from allstate" |

The concrete is not cheap, and it needs lots of labor to finish the project.
I agree the lower part of wall will be better to used by concrete in order
to protect each side.

actually my supervisor commented very similar as you said.
he has multiple professorship in decent Chinese universities,
but he rejects any payroll from China and refuses to sign on
the dissertation on those students under his name but he didn't
supervised.
one day he told me that this system is ridiculus and that's the
major factor to prevent him taking a professorship in China.
he's willing to help but just feel no way to contribute.
