君现为斯坦福的经济学教授，在比较政治经济学，日本经济制度，新制度主义等领域非常
有影响力。。。他于2001年在日本建立了RIETI，我觉得对我们挺有借鉴的，下文是他自
己写的简介。。。

RIETI的试验

RIETI是经济产业研究所（Research Institute of Economy Trade and Industry）
的略称。RIETI成立于2001年4月，是按照以严格著称的《独立行政法人经济产业研究所法
》的原则，从经济产业省中独立出来的研究机构，《独立行政法人经济产业研究所法》第
6条规定：“非研究所不允许随意使用经济产业研究所这一名称”。 RIETI是为了使外国
朋友感到亲近而使用的昵称。
如果上英特网进行检索的话，就可发现距意大利罗马100公里处有一个名为Rieti的城
市。这个地方似乎在罗马帝国建成之前就已经非常发达，还设有天主教的主管机构，是一
个历史悠久的地方。也许这是某种缘分吧，希望以后有机会能 |

74sec at the IAAF Grand Prix at Rieti, Italy, on Sunday, beating his old
mark of 9.77 set in Athens in June 2005.
The 24-year-old Powell had predicted in Stockholm at the beginning of August
that he felt he was capable of beating the world record this year.
