结果昨晚不知为何失眠，到3，4点才迷糊了一会儿。 早上开跑倒是感觉不错，pace有
点快，到7迈多的时候一直有问题的right hip突然酸痛的不行，牵扯到大腿，膝盖外侧
。 上下坡的时候尤其明显。 心里一下就凉了。
想到王欢喜的rule, 要不要就此打住呢？ 想想坚持AM计划以来，一直严格执行，在最
后一周破例？ 不甘心，继续。
于是running form都因该变形了，最后两个迈觉得累啊，心情和身体都极度不爽。 虽
然最后平均7'21''pace，心里却难受极了。

don't agree with this. the racquect path is from hight to low when hitting
most volley. the racquect head should always be higher than your wrist for
proper volleying. so there is a slicing action when hitting volley.
backhand volley should be easier than forhand volley if done properly.
my 2 cents:
As soon as you know you need to hit a backhand volley:
1: split steps AND change to continental grip(not eastern grip)
2: shoulder turn AND short back swing, assuming you are right handed, your
