24MILE。
我们的奥运签名大旗分别在谷底和终点SOUTH RIM给美国人展示了中国人的户外热情和
活力
尤其值得表扬的是男公园和猫夫人2位女士。前者在众多洋人面前羞辱了4位男士，最后
1MILE居然跑着上去了。。。后者只用了一个月的集中强化训练就能够毫不费力的完成
了这次徒步。。
另外还有SD的HJJ，你的毅力证明了你的能力

Since Grand Canyon is your backyard, as far as I know Highway 67 will be closed in mid-November, what about shuttle service? Last time I called the company, they said only offer regular shuttle until mid-Oct, after that it is completely by reservation only and not guarantee in service, which makes exchange car keys at the bottom a must (provided that the road to North Rim still open).

下来的胎rim也撞凹了，估计得换个新的。赶上今天还是星期天，只好明天去修了。真倒
霉，不知道换个rim会要多少钱。最近一段时间费城的路况特别差，到处都是坑坑洼洼的
，不知道是不是与今年雪多有关系，也许是融雪的盐用多了对路面有损伤吧 |

发帖数: 471 | 15 圣迭戈有几个室内攀岩的地方，我去过两个，一个是Mesa Rim，一个是Vetical Hold.

Mesa Rim是今年才开的，地方很大，很舒服。在Mira Mesa。一天的价钱是$17，还要加上一些设备，大概$25-30.对于从来没有爬过的可以选择上一个40分钟的课 （Belay Lesson），$30，可以爬一天，还包括设备的钱。
攀岩很有意思，需要两个人，一个在下面拉住绳子，另一个在上面爬，如果没有劲了，绳子可以保护。有些墙超过90度，很有挑战性。墙上有大大小小的石头，石头上有不同颜色的标签，代表不同的难度。攀岩之后，我的手和胳膊非常累，连瓶盖都拧不开了。听专家说，攀岩主要用腿的力量。但是还是需要有很强的上肢力量。 |

台（包括WP）。好消息是，看过YouTube上最新的CEO访谈，感觉新CEO没激情、没
vision、没看到第三方developer的重要（或者还顾不过来），在他手里RIM可能死的更
快。

build up. they are 24h front and 28h rear. sincethe alu freehub don't take
torque all that well, I won't use them for climbing. so I thought some aero
rims would be nice. my top choice is IRD NIOBIUM CADENCE AERO:

aero rim is too heavy and the light rim is just an improved open pro, which
I own two sets already. but the IRD aero supposedly used the same extrusion
machinery, so it will remain a top candidate.
the others are velocity aerohead oc and IRD oc. the aerohead doesn't have
eyelets and are not that exclusive. so the IRD OC is the other top choice.
so now I only need to choose between aero and oc.

去了南边的一个小镇住了一晚。

that's how i did it. you need to carry a little extra weight for overnight

3/19 晚9九点到达，取车，方案1：投宿strip或者downtown，第二天去zion；方案二
：开车去zion，投宿园内或者St George,UT.
3/20,游玩Zion，走少量trail，晚上出发去Bryce NP，投宿。
3/21，游玩Bryce，开车过Grand Canyon，north Rim，看日落，夜晚到达South Rim,投
宿。
3/22.早起开日出，游玩GC,走少量trail，看日落，晚上赶回vegas，入住strip
3/23, 中午12点飞机返回
感觉时间安排有点紧，是否应该在vegas多留几天呢？ |
