RingPlus has to switch to a new system. Sadly, because of this switch, we
will have to discontinue your current plan. Therefore, your current plan can
’t be renewed (full list of plans below).
At the end of your billing cycle, we will switch you to a temporary holding
plan so that your service is not interrupted. The temporary holding plan
will have limited allotments of 200 minutes, 200 texts, 200 MMS, and 200 MB
LTE (full speed).

发帖数: 1143 | 2 有个以前在ringplus注册过的boost mobile的moto E prepaid.现在IMEI 检测可以用，
我用它来替代一个R+现在计划的手机（坏了），swap 也显示成功了。 做了
PRL update, Profile update, 机器也还原了原厂设置（system reset）。问题是现在
只能用data,不能打电话，显示cellular network not available.左上角没有sprint的
显示（奇怪的是在lock screen 是有sprint的）.网上搜了一下好像有人有同样的问题
，都是4月17号以后reset 系统就出问题了，有data没cellular信号。

要尽快把MEID swap到另一个MEID，否则万一Ringplus屁股不搽干净就跑了，这个MEID
就有可能上不了其它的Sprint的服务商了。我今天早上碰巧要swap一个device，结果不
成，现在也还不行。

发帖数: 371 | 15 本来是existing ting用户 账户里有以前refer朋友的$100 credit还没用.从ringplus
转过去后，自动就加到existing的账户里去了，也没提示要我新建帐户。然后今天一看
那些credit全没了。online chat说如果从ringplus转过去，就只能用他们的$35,以前
的credit不能给了。
用完这$35再也不会跟Ting打交道了。
提醒想要转过去的人，记住一定要新建ting账户。现在我的$100credit要不回来了。打
了一次电话去问了一下，结果ting现在把我的手机号码block了。。。头一次遇到这样
的，受到伤害一万点 |

给的电话要求打过去解锁，当时没听清留下的号码，于是直接拨了卡背面的电话。
客服接了以后问了常规问题，姓名密码出生日期pending消费等等，然后需要给手机发
个短信或者挂断重新打过来。
问题就出在这里，3个客服都说系统无法发送验证短信给我的号码，说挂断重新打回来
也没有下文。
我的手机号，是ATT的合同结束后转的att的gophone，以前从来没出过问题，最近刚刚
换成了ringplus的服务，原号码portin，结果就出现了这个问题，客服强调说手机号必
须是账户持有人的名下号码，问题是以前是ATT服务的时候，号码也是LD的名字，并不
是我的名字，从没有因为这个出过问题。问客服可否临时改一个号码，客服又说号码必
须是在profile里存在过一段时间的。
请问这跟手机服务商有关么？是因为prepaid的号码没有姓名信息么？CITI profile里
的联系电话修改多久能算是可以验证的号码？ |

去，比如夏天换电影票时，一条都发不出去。
优点：便宜。
还有一个不知道算优点还是缺点，他家客服只能发邮件，所以基本相当于没有。但是个

和新的差不多，拿到注册了ringplus 再拆开包装开机。个别机器可能无法在r加注册，
