来自草根和大量依靠劳动草根在赋税问题上从来就没有动摇过,从来让中产或者自力更
生的人失望过, 而且对美国的长期债务是非常负责任的, 比如让Sequester不受阻挠地
进行下去和在budget问题上面不让步都是TEA party对反税的所有支持者负责的表现.但

用。更可恨的是，Trump在前面和敌军交手，只要稍有“破绽”，这货在后面第一时间

Paul Ryan 11年在众议院大家只知道打嘴炮，从来不说具体到底怎么减开支平衡债务的
时候，写出了著名的Ryan Budget（The Path to Prosperity），真正意义上为GOP实现
削减政府开支做出了第一个可行范例。其在House Budget Committee任上的表现和对为
13财年budget sequestration实现真正意义上的cut government spending起到了根本
作用。也正因为如此，12年的GOP提名人Romney选择了Ryan作为自己的VP来稳定保守派
基本盘。后来议长位置空出来后，保守的Tea Party和RINO establishment争执不下，
Ryan成为了两方都可以接受的人选被推上了宝座。
作为Romney的VP，Ryan虽然一开始没有积极endorse Trump，但是后来Trump当选后Ryan
的表现中规中矩，没有太受到Romney和其他GOP establishment的影响，任然不懈地尝

在此前的2010年8月24日，联游网络刚通过反向收购的方式，借壳大华建设登陆美
国纳斯达克，但上市后不到半年，联游网络的股价已经跌去了一半至每股0.5美元左右。
至于拆股则是无奈之举，因为依据纳斯达克的规定，到2010年12月28日，该公司普
通股的收盘价无法在连续的10个交易日内高于1美元，将被退市。事实上，正是这个规
则，让很多中国企业找到了登陆美国股市的捷径。
不过好时光不再。据新华海外财经报道，针对近两年大热的APO（即“融资性反向
收购”，通过借壳美国上市壳公司实现赴美融资上市）出现的问题，美国证券交易委员
会（SEC）已开始整顿中国公司赴美APO。
据美国《巴伦周刊》报道的数据，近年来已有350多家中国企业利用这种方式在美
上市，总市值最高时超过500亿美元。
中国APO已损百亿市值
可查资料显示，大华建设在今年7月1日被纳斯达克警告。而此次拆股，正是为了避

Thanks to the Tea Party. For them, it's my way or the highway — does that
remind you of your children's temper tantrums? Well, it worked!
Forget the poor, the elderly and the unemployed, while the wealthiest

火商问题上认为共和党大多数不对的，可以支持libertarian party（Ron Paul, Gary
Johnson 这种）。当然最有希望的GOP的libertarian wing，代表人物如rand paul,
Justin amash,可能可以两边通吃。当然tea party的力量和支持都要远远大于
libertarian，核心问题tea party非常符合自立根生合法移民的利益，帮助tea party
的人赢得GOP党内初选是合法移民华人的最佳选择。senator权利极大，现在南北卡两个
senator席位我们都应该尽力支持tea party候选人赢得党内初选。Greg Brannon 和
Lee Bright是南北卡各自的tea party领先chanllenger, 很可能在夏天的 runoff中PK
RINOs这些GOP的蛀虫，大家一定要让tea party进一步抢占GOP，这样最符合反战反税自
