说实在，我成长的年代思想里对黑人在没有歧视，到美国这边后这么多年也同样。但不
能说他们犯罪了法律要妄开一面。我觉得法律面前人人平等，如果文化里有暴力，应该
自身争取改变。我在美国被黑人抢过一次，经过那次，我并没觉得应该对黑人严加对待
，但希望法律既然定了就应该平等实施。
今天看到BLM 威胁说要发动riots， 更觉得应该选Trump这样能去直面面对的。同时华
人多增加自我保护意识，需要买枪的就买枪。我反对看到的一些华人用持枪来在网络上
威胁华人的煞笔行为，也不觉得持枪是保护自己解决安全问题的最优选择，但在美国，
我拥护持枪，拥护持枪自卫，我觉得美国能定义民众可以持枪的权利，也是对政府的一
个极端情况的最终制约，这是美国民主制度的一个美丽的地方。
如果有暴力组织宣扬要到处riot，没枪的还是考虑下买枪，极左横行的时代，这些被PC
额外保护的暴力需要我们自己额外的自我保护。 |

法律的主要责任。
在香港，参与未批复的游行示威，法官能直接放人，是因为基本法授予人游行自由。所
以上街被抓，除非警方有详实证据证明其其他罪状（如袭警，破坏公共财务等），无罚
可判。这连misdemeanor charge都不算。
现在反面具法的实施，在罚的层面可能还是有大事化小的空间，但是犯罪属性已经显著
升高至misdemeanor or felony. 在香港以至在美国，misdemeanor/felony charge会给
今后人生的道路上留下重大污点，也会因此丧失大量的工作机会。另外在不带面具时，
