they haven't finished yet. But not everybody does that. For example it

本领域的资源和信息，并且connection一般也不错。要是有点野心，成为star的几率很
大。我见过这样的例子非常多。
其他靠个人奋斗的也有，但是不值得花时间一个个去分析。
如果你真要分析，应该从这个PI以前的publication，分析他自己的能力，眼界和现在
方向的前途如何。另外，可以看看他有没有重要的综述之类的，至少说明他/她被本领
域认可。 |

这个是疯子级别的rising star阿。。。现在已经是中牛级别了。
他phd跟的montell，一人发了无数篇牛文章，应该是montell实验室史上最高产的phd。
然后去线虫的顶尖大牛sternberg实验室博后，又有cns。顺便说一句sternberg实验室
方向很杂，基本都是独立自己想做什么做什么，所以独立出来的很多干的不错。
自己独立以后5，6年里面cell,nature，neuron,nature neuronscience已经都有了。。
而且手段非常丰富，遗传／成像／电生理／computation。。。
线虫神经（甚至整个线虫）领域这5年内比他还火的老板根本没有几个阿。。。shen
