，毕竟我们短期也买不到房子，钱放在银行里本来也就没有利息，如果4个月后能完璧
归赵我觉得好像也没太大损失，所以决定试一试。但是投入的话，不知道多大费用，
worst case好像损失inspection fee, mortgage appraisal, title search, etc,估计
了一下得1000-2000,我在想着怎么把这些费用risk降低，最好还是能够买到这个房子，
哎。 |

发帖数: 836 | 4 两次Ultrasound都显示双宝中间没有membrane,虽然医生不是100%确定,但要我再接着做
一次ultrasound. 如果还是找不到,那么双宝有very high risk, 双宝存活率只有50% (high
risk of cord entanglement and fetal death). 即使存活,也要在第24周住院,第32周做
破腹产.虽然做好准备了,还是很担心,眼泪止不住流,不过知道担心没用,我会尽一切努
力控制情绪,希望他们能顺利出生.
update: 很可能没有membrane，因为第2次ultrasound是high resolution ultrasound(准
确率比普通ultrasound高很多）. |

，那你住院还不错，但是可能LG会比较累，天天来看。
有HIGH RISK住院的姐妹，可以跟他们了解一下。
暂时如果没有想到好计策的话，建议不要乱动，45分钟做车去看医生，对HIGH RISK的
情况还是相当费神的，我特别不喜欢去看病路上花太多时间，否则感觉本来很精神的人
来回折腾都要累趴了。
NICU好确实是比较有吸引力，俺以前做的州NICU据说是东北很好的，所以很放心，心想
万一有啥事情还有这保底。不过现在的大医院应该这方面都做的不错吧。收费也是惊人
的贵，当然应该是保险COVER。 |

turn out to be false alarm. But,,,,it is still an event of probability....so
you have to make decision yourself...
BTW, my doctor specifically told me that even all the single index are out
of normal range, combined, they may still be fine.
It is the combination which tells high risk or not, not each single one. |

口的，国内之外就是安全的，到了国内都不安全了，难道只进口不安全的Ultrasound技
术了啊。。。不过严格地说，也没啥事绝对安全的。。。权衡利弊罢了。。。生孩子本
身也是风险很大的事情啊。。。为什么看high risk那要问你OB了。。。超过35的高龄
一般是不足以看high risk的。。。若干疾病不过是基因突变而已，跟你老大正常不，
顺利不，家族史都没关系的。。。年纪大了不过突变的几率变大了许多而已。。。 |

measure. And the text below, your port is XX% less volatile than S&P is
misleading because it hides many assumptions.
A low beta portfolio can be much more riskier than an SP index , e.g.
managed futures.
Sharpe ratio/sortino ratio is a lot better. |

was just perception for someones. I never thought it was a big risk when it
was $7-$8 because it has hard assets(land with oil/NG reserve) which usually
goes up as time goes by.

上山如此辛苦, 下山却完全没有享受到: 骑着骑着路没有了.
在家找路看地图的时候还蛮开心, 觉得这么小的路应该traffic比较light... 确实没什
么traffic, 因为这个路除了偶尔的越野吉普, 一般的车都开不进来了. 开始是unpaved
砂子路, 慢慢变成石子路. 想着得赶紧赶出去不然天都要黑了, 绝望的大家不顾自己纤
细的车胎, 硬着头皮继续骑. 慢慢石块越来越大, 坑越来越多, 泥越来越滑... and it
's too late turning back. 终于心疼自己的小车, 觉得身上带着4个备胎也不够三
个人分, 开始下车扛着车跑. 幸亏随身带了一双拖鞋!
看着太阳渐渐西沉, 心中隐隐担忧. 地图上这条路蜿蜒很久, 然后转向一条更小的, 地
图不放大都看不见的路, 才通向外面得major road. 好担心路不通, 好担心一直是这样
