BRIEN，正式COMMIT，这是PSU自去年被SANCTION以来收获的第一个RIVALS四星COMMIT。
去年的CLASS里有RIVALS五星QB CHRIS HACKENBERG等星星，但他们全部都是在SANCTION
下来之前COMMIT的，SANCTION下来之后没有DE-COMMIT。所以GODWIN的COMMIT对于PSU来
说是POST-SANCTION RECRUIT的重要里程碑。值得说明的是，目前PSU的2014 CLASS共有
5个COMMIT，根据RIVALS的评估，4个三星，1个四星。但三星LB，来自DELAWARE的TROY
REEDER，根据多方面消息，将会被RIVALS升成四星。

rival的生活经验炒股出发点是fundamental的，对于防止fat tail risk是有效的；大
夫的蒙牛大法核心应该是技术指标，应该说也是有效的。我在这里的考虑是如果真有时
间又有兴趣的，或许可以结合两者，采用一种filtering process.比如说用大夫的蒙牛
大法选出技术上的好股票，然后再用fundamental过滤（自下而上的方法）。这里的
fundamental可以有多个标准，比如必须是生活中比较熟悉了解的公司，比如营业收入
和销售收入保持增长，比如在新技术暴发的情况下该公司不能是死报传统行业的（比如
13,14年页岩油技术突破了，传统石油公司和油服公司就够呛了），等等。
当然，也可以反过来先用fundamental选出公司，再用大夫蒙牛大法filter,我个人感觉
，应该是不错的策略。当然，如果真的没时间，资金又少的，就被动投资吧。 |

看了一下他们在Rival帖子里的讨论，受益良多。
虽然双方讨论比较激烈，但是各有个的理由，作为小蝌蚪也开始慢慢的有了些条理。
我简单的总结就是：买proven winner， 在低谷的时候买。这个低谷，是在基本面没有
太大变化的低谷。比如MSFT，GOOG，基本面常年变化不大，在低谷时出手，应该是不错
的选择。AAPL正好相反，过于依赖手机业务，这方面创新不够，遭遇惨烈的竞争，股价
下跌也不敢买。FB，AMZN属于成长股，一直都在高点，所以一直不敢买。

但是他在去年年底到年初pump网易，引了无数青蛙入瓮。
1， 看他以前的分析多是基于网易新出品游戏的分析。 这些都对， 但是过去几年增长
的真正动力也许是手游市场的整体快速增长。现在手游增长已经放缓见顶，他分析具体
游戏那一套就行不通了。
2， 对这支股票倾注了太多感情，各种wishful thinking, spin off 电商， 新游戏
马上见效， 但这些都无法挽救当下的颓势。
3， 缺乏风险提示， 整篇都只有最后一句YMYD, 网易这种妖股，上下摆动极大，没有
一定心理素质的人是不能碰得。 就算这次股价几个月后回升， rival这次在370高点
pump, 跌破320还要大家hold tight, 都是错误的。 |
