才能拿下来而且不亏。于是此君找了远在华盛顿的朋友商议，我想我也会做同样的事。
此君朋友当然也不清楚此处房价，于是拖了一个印度的朋友去问朋友，此君朋友的朋友
找到了自己的另一个朋友，然后再找到我LD的一个同事，此君跑来问我，让我给一个价
格。。。。
因为听说我对本地的房价了如指掌，估价８０％都在5%的误差以内。。。。
但是riverside我连去都没去过，我何德何能可以一举说出perfect的房价。。。。
我立马昏倒。。。。
请问大家我应该如何回答才能打太极回去呢？
听到这个曲折的路径，我明白了他们真的是动用了一切可以动用的力量。。。。我们是

和娃爸以前没孩的时候已经玩过orlando,所以这次基本是完全按小孩的喜好行动。经验
就是，小孩的喜好真是unpredictable. 所以想和大家分享一下两个小女孩游disney的
感想，希望对别的家长有帮助。
老大的胆子在同龄中算中等，不是特别胆大也不是特别胆小。老二的胆子在同龄中算是
偏胆小的。老大很喜欢princess, 老二最近两三个月开始明白什么是princess,在姐姐
的熏陶下可以辨识绝大部分的princess, 还认识micky和minnie。
这次我们住的是Disney里的port orleans riverside, 12月3-10号去的算淡季，有free
dining plan的promotion.
Disney resort:
这个port orleans riverside在Disney算是中档resort, 但不得不说光看房间是完全不
值，基本是2-2.5星的水平，但是除了房间，别的都不错，landscape很漂亮，一般3星

的，很新。不过师生比低点，1：10。lasell和riverside 师生比比较高，1：5。这两
家感觉差不多，lasell可能structure更强一点。bitc管中饭，师生比忘了，好像也不
低。我们最后去的是riverside, we love it, 娃也很喜欢。

卖车dealer的地址算的。所以去riverside买车不再有用了。

很过分，经常出国旅游，叫助理医生来看，我的孩子10个月的时候爬的不是很好，她叫
我们去看迟缓科的医生，可是现在小朋友18个月，也是跑得很好，孩子发烧打她的紧急
电话根本没人接，办公室的人态度还很恶劣，这个医生叫孟繁露，在rowland heights,
我们现在搬到riverside county，我们的保险她不收了，所以她不看了，但是却没有提
前告诉我们，直到我们要去打18个月的疫苗的时候，她先是说我们没有预约，然后才告
诉我们她不看我们了，真是气死了！！所以请帮忙推荐的医生，谢谢大家了！千万不要

发帖数: 102 | 50 想买个新车，锁定了HONDA CIVIC LX。先EMAIL了附近几个DEALER要QUOTE，结果是附近
的几个都比较贵，然后又EMAIL了东边的什么RIVERSIDE，FONTANA还有LOMA LINDA的
DEALER，得到的价钱就更便宜。开车先去附近的ALHAMBRA HONDA DEALER去看了看，本
来想把生意给中国人的，但是ALHAMBRA的SALESMAN的MANAGER只给19000刀OUT THE DOOR
，我回答说要再想一想，人家还觉得奇怪，19000刀你还需要想？开车到东边的那几家
DEALER中的一家，人家给的价钱才16394，就是18461的出门价。这显然比ALHAMBRA的更
吸引人，再讨价还价一个回合，最后给我17900刀出门价，最后是1.9的APR为期五年的
FINANCING。买车的感觉，还是越往东边车的价钱越合理。离洛杉矶越近的地方越贵，
什么ALHAMBRA，PASADENA的HONDA DEALER，19000刀的出门价人家觉得已经是非常好的
