通常大家所谓的找议员，个人理解是找美国联邦的参议员（Senators）和（或）众议员
（Representatives）。众所周知，即便是咱们这些在美国的外国人，有很多事情都可
以通过找议员而得到更快和更合理的解决。因此，大家应该充分利用这一有利的条件，
遇有相关事宜时可在适当的时候寻找他或她们帮助，以达到自己的目的。鉴于近日来不

permitted, so I waited almost 3 weeks to complete FP from the day I got the
FP notice. Not sure if this could potentially slow my case down. Pending I-
140 is another roadblock so I requested PP two ago.

EB3 I-140 RD: 12/13/2013
I-485 RD: 1/7/2014
FP scheduled and actual date: 2/19/2014
EB3 I-140 still pending. PP request sent on 3/4/2014. No response yet. |

i think the most significant roadblock is the "random" assignment of your
case for adjudication
as tens or hundreds of EB2C or EB3C have submitted their I485 a while ago
and they are still waiting for the decision, why? they should be greened!
because USCIS sucks, they probably don't have an event trigger scheme to
keep their working queues complete and in order!

生从纽约开车回New Haven，在结冰的路段和一辆失控的卡车拖车相撞，三个学生当场
死亡，重伤的六个学生中又有一个次日不治而亡。当时学校取消了一切体育活动，全校
默哀，管本科生的校长说白头人送黑头人尤其伤心，这些都是风华正茂的最优秀的孩子。
上周末，车祸幸存者之一的Brett Smith在学校教堂Battell Chapel做了个演讲，他刚
刚毕业。他车祸后大脑受损，跟不上耶鲁的学业，就先去一个community college读书
，慢慢恢复。08年再回耶鲁，从头读起，今年学成毕业。他家是教徒，他以前不信教，
因为他爸在空军里做，频繁搬家，所以他从没受洗过。他车祸住院时Battell Chapel的

Unable to find an important item, can't open a door, can't dial some phone
number, etc. are all in the category of subconscious roadblocks - the

A male body has been found buried in the snow, Ed Troyer with the Pierce

是外貌协会的，所以想买外表有特点的枪。什么Beretta CX4，KelTecSub2000看起来都
很cool
以前断断续续关注过枪版的帖子，H1B要去hunter education，拿hunting license，跑
到dealer哪儿background check，被拒一两次，etc etc，最终脱层皮，买到枪。
就准备这样了，hunter education class也约了。
然后有一天，上网时有一些帖子说只有licensed firearm dealers才需要进行
background check。Gunshow上有一些private dealer可以合法的不进行background
check。那和他们买枪不是就省得被拒了吗？维州还隔三差五就有些Gunshow，有些还挺
近。
这在法律上有问题吗？靶场归来，不幸在roadblock被警察叔叔例行检查，警察叔叔会
找你麻烦吗？
另外，从可执行角度上考虑，Gunshow上是不是没多少private dealer，他们卖的是不

力系列赛属于众多通宵团体接力赛之一，赛事联合创始人谭纳•贝尔称：“我们
把这项比赛想象为一份兼职，而不是我们的正职。我们并不清楚这个比赛未来的发展方
向。”它的发展方向就是向前、向前、向前： Ragnar现在是这个快速发展领域中规模
最大的接力系列赛。2012年，大约有20万人参加了接力赛。
尽管没有组织机构专门追踪团队接力赛的年度参与情况（Running USA表示，虽然

有人记得2003年1月在I95高速Fairfield段的车祸吗，一群耶鲁棒球队和橄榄球队的学
生从纽约开车回New Haven，在结冰的路段和一辆失控的卡车拖车相撞，三个学生当场
死亡，重伤的六个学生中又有一个次日不治而亡。当时学校取消了一切体育活动，全校
默哀，管本科生的校长说白头人送黑头人尤其伤心，这些都是风华正茂的最优秀的孩子。
上周末，车祸幸存者之一的Brett Smith在学校教堂Battell Chapel做了个演讲，他刚
刚毕业。他车祸后大脑受损，跟不上耶鲁的学业，就先去一个community college读书
，慢慢恢复。08年再回耶鲁，从头读起，今年学成毕业。他家是教徒，他以前不信教，
因为他爸在空军里做，频繁搬家，所以他从没受洗过。他车祸住院时Battell Chapel的
