臂就有点strech了. 49的倒是没这感觉, 就是看着好小. 其他没啥不好印象. 可是店里
和网上只有49和52的 (太大或太小的就不care了). 偶是不是应该再等等看是不是有50
或51的?

这得看是什么状况，什么速度，什么路面。。。因素太多。昨天骑车上班就差点儿撞翻
一jaywalking的行人。
晴天，平路，直线，高速（30km/h +)，我后面还跟了另一个roadie。单向双车道的
Yonge街，heavy traffic + 红灯，车都是停着的。一辆大dump truck挡了我左边的视
线，通常这种情况我就回anticipate有左转的车或过街行人。果然，俩膀大腰圆的壮汉
正横穿过来，我看见时离他们也就５米左右。对他们一声大喊"Watch Out!"，同时双手
捏刹，（通常我只用前刹）左手的前刹几乎捏完了，右手的后刹也捏了一半，更重要的
是身体要同时往后移（重心靠后去压住车的后轮），不然garantee endo（人从龙头上

注意选尺寸时要挑比自己的一般头盔更紧一些的，这样才爽。
solo ride骑roadie带这个没什么问题，只要不要去roadie的group ride也带着这个。
还有roadie的骑行姿势无法让aero头盔达到最优化的状态。 |

so what? a tough workout guaranteed, regardless of weather condition,
traffic or road condition. many people do both. if you are only looking for
fun factor, you are still a newbie in roadie and know little about cycling.

't know how to ride a road bike yet. you need to find some real roadie
rides and observe how a roadie pedals the bike. it's hard in the beginning
because the motion is counter-intuitive and feels very awkward, but it won't
take long before you get used to it.
once your legs are dialed in with the proper pedaling technique and cadence,
you will be a formidable racer. since you already have the personality of

is good for that.
if it's your dedicated roadie try something like a look keo (or clone).
roadie clipless make a much more rigid connection to the crank arms than
most spd's. also the force is spread over a larger area. |

我就算买了车，也只有周末能骑，平时肯定继续spin；而且，就算我开始骑roadie，也
不代表spin就比roadie强度低，spin仍然是很好的高强度workout
事实上，我买车就是被spin课上同学鼓励的，他们邀请我去他们的cycling group，我
说：等我买车先。

发帖数: 2284 | 21 IOS是本地的一个商店，主营triathlon相关的用品。每周二和周四，有这个店组织的短
距离30英里group ride。其中的A组是出奇的快。
三年多以前我第一次参加这个ride，原因是下班后来不及去几英里外的我的俱乐部主导
的ride，而这个骑行就从我家小区门口经过。本来我还有些怕怕那些在paceline里趴在
aero bar上的家伙。骑的次数多了，渐渐发现，不止是triathletes，还有一些很强的
roadie，包括我师父，也在这个ride里面。于是我放心大胆地跟他们混了一段，搞了不
少的PR。
可惜今年的日程不作美，我和这个group骑得很少，直到上周和这周两个周四，我幸运
地有空和他们骑了两次。尤其是这个周四的骑行，创造了今年速度的PR。这里把视频贴
出来 - 我的FB朋友应该已经看到了，贴在BBS上的好处是，还可以乘机gossip两把。
上周四的骑行后，我把视频贴在FB上，一个俱乐部的家伙立即跳出来说：“在paceline
里用aero bar多不安全啊”。然后我师父马上跳出来拍扁了他，其他人于是不敢多嘴。

后你和你老婆一起骑都够...
roadie为了速度，骑着其实不是很舒服，不上锁鞋，也没啥太多优势，上了锁鞋都免不
了要摔车，第一辆车基本就是拿来摔的, 越贵越心疼...
我的 Tri bike就是当初打折贪便宜买的，其实size不是很适合，虽然后来调得差不多
，还是不太爽...
很多人买了路车也不怎么骑，很快就成摆设了，类似家用跑步机... |

OOS in america了，所以它要重新从公司order，要再生产吧，等几个月。我还有一双
目前就在再生产中。
我特别高兴又找到一个喜欢palais的人：）这个鞋的曲线怎么能让人不爱呢！！
脚长的事情俺没有感觉啊。。我再体会体会:p
muse我从来就不喜欢。。不过muse是很经典的包了，跟mulberry没啥可比的。小roady
据我所知出过这些：

可能paris有更多。。不过一想到，整个2010年，小roady就那么三款，估计以后也不会

发帖数: 2284 | 37 把从Lowes买的强力手电筒（Task Force 3-Watt "CREE" LED Flashlight， $30）放在
架子上，用Velcro带子裹紧。搞定。
图一是前视图，二是后视图。注意在二里面，手电筒的带子挂在曲别针做成的钩子里。
这是为了防止电筒万一从Velcro里松脱（摔车、剧烈抖动等情况下），不会飞出去。
总结一下这种办法优缺点：
1. 相对低成本 - 电筒(3w 150lumen )带材料一共 $35
2. 通用 - 家里用于野营户外活动的电筒，只要尺寸不太离谱，形状大致是柱状，都可
以装上。
3. 防盗 - 停车在外面时，拉开Velcro随时可把电筒取下来随身带走。
4. 重 - 连架子带电筒超过两磅，对重量敏感的roadie高手们要大声嘲笑了 :)
5. Velcro号称防水防高低温，要实际上路测试一段时间才知道Velcro老化后会不会
hold不稳电筒。
