抓张琐男的指控需要很多证据，不是一天两天能搜集全的。而FBI一出手，证据和事实
都已经准备好了。从此可以看出FBI早就洞悉了张琐男携带技术秘密潜逃的企图。
估计FBI恐怕早就已经在千人申请网站上蹲点了。只要是对美国利益构成威胁的琐男，
一经千人/青千公示，FBI就盯上了。评上千人/青千的一决定回国，FBI就上去捕获，扔
进大牢关个10年8年的。到时候琐男的技术过时了，对中国失去利用价值，在美国因为
有犯罪记录，无法找到工作，基本上就是家破人亡，穷困一生了。
以后看谁不顺眼，就劝他评千人/青千吧。

、维吉尼亚理工大学（VT）生物系统工程系前华裔教授张以恒，因涉嫌欺诈联邦能
源部及国家科学基金会（NSF）的项目资金，被控多项欺诈联邦政府罪。他25日在维州
西区联邦法院过堂，法官裁示不得保释。
张以恒上周三被捕，现被关在Roanoke市监狱。联邦调查局（FBI）指，张以恒曾向
能源部及NSF申请总金额超过110万元的五项研究资金，其中有的申请是用于资助早已在
中国完成的项目；他也未遵守规定，将研究基金的30%付给合作的维吉尼亚理工大学。
FBI并在张以恒的电邮中发现他是主谋。

I just visited the website of the Association of Chinese Students and it is
suggested to use Roanoke Airport as the destination. I am not familiar with VT
and Virginia. So, do you have any other airport option , since Roanoke is not
near to Blacksburg. Now I am in Dallas, TX . I plan to go back to China this
July and I have two options now. Firstly, buy a round trip ticket between
Dallas,TX and a Chinese city. Second, one trip back to China and then one trip
to VT directly from China. |

你飞的都是中美国际航班吧？每个城市每天也就一班，根本没有任何大的变数，要取消
也往往改到后一天，并不需要特别多的信息量
国内航班不但飞的城市多，而且同一个城市每天好几班，信息量大许多，变数也多许多
，pek提供的那些可怜的显示屏完全不能满足正常旅客对信息的需要（当然对于那些迷
信登机牌上的信息都是永远正确的旅客来说，他们没有想看显示屏的需要，所以也不会
觉得缺少了些什么了）

1、1590年罗阿诺克岛上村民神秘消失
罗阿诺克(Roanoke)是一个不是很大的村庄，但却很出名，因为在英国16世纪时，这个
村庄是第一个被建立起来的殖民地。但是真正令罗阿诺克村名声大噪的，是这个村的全
部村民在一夜之间消失的诡异事件。
这是发生在1590年的事情，当时一队英国士兵悄悄地进入罗阿诺克村。当他们来到村庄
的时候发现村民每家的门都是开着，但是诡异的是罗阿诺克村总共116个居民，以及家
禽、家畜等活物，全部都消失了，像突然之间他们就从人间蒸发一样。他们还发现了餐
桌上还燃烧着蜡烛，灶上做好的饭菜都还热着。在这个村子里唯一留下算是线索的是在
神父家附近的一棵树上刻出来的“CROATOAN”几个不知含义的一串字母……
当时英军仅仅在1590年这一年就派去了4支搜寻队，但是最后都没有发现一点线索。最
后搜寻队只好向上级报告称：“是魔鬼弄走了他们。”
2、一百多年前的福建一自然村神秘失踪

家科學基金會(NSF)的項目資金，被控多項欺詐聯邦政府罪。他25日在維州西區聯邦法
院過堂，法官裁示不得保釋。
張以恆上周三被捕，現被關在Roanoke市監獄。聯邦調查局(FBI)指，張以恆曾向能源部
及NSF申請總金額超過110萬元的五項研究資金，其中有的申請是用於資助早已在中國完
成的項目；他也未遵守規定，將研究基金的30%付給合作的維吉尼亞理工大學。FBI並在
張以恆的電郵中發現他是主謀。
法庭文件顯示，生於湖北武漢的張以恆，分別於1993年和1996年獲華東科技大學生物工
程大學本科和碩士學位，2002年從達特茅斯學院取得化學及生物工程博士，2005年起受
雇於維吉尼亞理工大學，近期因本案被調查而辭職。他也是中國科學院天津工業生物技
術研究所(TIIB)研究員。
FBI探員賽克斯(Matthew Seckers)的證詞指出，至少在2014年1月至2016年5月間，張以
恆與TIIB研究員朱之光、游淳共同參與電匯欺詐、虛報費用、不實聲明等。證詞說，張
