8/7: 没到一个月整,但又到生理周期了, 就再记一下.
这个月吃得和前面差不多,但最多只又降了两磅,到142LB. 两个月共掉8磅,150->142.
希望到月底至少再减2磅.
有个症状,不知和少吃碳水有没有关系, 就是我近两个月时常会有一阵胸闷,象有股压力
从胸口顶到嗓子眼,再冲到太阳穴,头发晕发涨. 我打电话给大夫,每次他都叫我去急诊,
第二次电话后我就去了,结果也没查出啥来. 我没觉得饿,但也会是血糖太低引起的吗?
急诊时查的血象里的糖是正常的. 还有我近来睡觉也不好,睡四,五个小时就醒.

和50块一两的天上地下。同理，同类roast的咖啡也很容易喝出来好坏。另
外能喝出来roast就和你知道抹茶，绿茶，半红茶，红茶一样，那个不用去
比较鉴别。完全不同的类型而已。
葡萄酒的确不同，这个个人口味差异实在是大。即便喝出不同，也无法确信
好坏。而且大多数是原浆兑制的，配酒的师傅水管早关那么一两分钟，口味
就会有变化。
在美国基本上买不到地道的茶叶，弯弯吹嘘的高山冻顶在国内的确得拿去做茶蛋。
但是我不信你家阔气到把明前雨前的都去煮了鸡蛋。

不要误会美国人吃饭就是汉堡三明治，美国人平时的一日三餐，也是挺讲究的。来看看

不是需要想像和推理来判断的事情
历史已经明明白白地告诉你提高最低工资的结果：
1。 短时间内物价会全面上涨到挣最低工资的人的当前购买力不变的水平。挣最低工资
的人不会有实质性的收入改善。你可以自己去查，按黄金或生活必须品，现在的最低工
资购买力和1938年罗斯福刚刚推行最低工资法律的时候几乎没有变化。
比如， 1939年的时候，最低工资是25cent/hour, 当时beef roast的价格是29cent/lb
。现在最低工资是8$/hour,前段日子过节商店打折的beef roast大概是7$/lb。
这种强迫全面上涨的工资一定会被人力成本上涨带来的物价上涨追平。
2。最低小时工资的岗位一定是不需要什么技能的工作。也就是说，可以轻易，即使当
年不是现在的电子机械技术下也是，被机器取代的工作。一台可以自动烤burger的机器
需要多少钱？ 估计10K到顶了，算上各种维护和能源开支，基本上是10$/hour的成本。
如果以前8块一个小时还能保证综合成本人工比机器便宜，15$一个小时的人工到来的时
候就是麦当劳机械化的时候。

1.买的成品honey roast peanuts,但是需要自己将花生切切碎,然后混入椰丝,糖,拌拌
匀.
2.将糯米粉和水混合成比较稀薄的糊糊,小煎锅加热到中温,倒入糊糊,轻轻转一转过,让
糯米粉汁均匀的覆盖在锅底.
3.适时翻面,待糯米粉饼成型且不太粘手的时候,出锅.
4.在糯米饼上面刷薄薄一层蜂蜜,再撒上1里面的混合果仁,再轻轻卷起米饼.
5.将糯米卷切成小块入盘.
我的心得:
糯米糍可以多种做法,也可以用蒸的,但是比较难把握,所以还是煎的比较方便,也没那么
粘手.果仁可以任意搭配,芝麻是不错的选择.类似做法也可以用来卷豆沙的. |

咖啡发酸是过度浸泡造成的，所以要不发酸就得多放咖啡粉
另外dark roasted咖啡因含量少，所以你要口感好的话都要买medium roasted或
以下的。 |
