I don't know how it works, just don't understand how come FED is able to do
this. Why did not they do it before crisis to prevent it, instead of scaring
ordinary people like myself out of the market with big loss, then give free
money to the robbers.
It's disgusting. I hate this man-made rally, but can't do anything about it.
on THE OTHER HAND, no way for me to get in now. A big pullback will come
sooner or later, if not a crash.

比如我知道杜克是3口之家收入低于8W就可以申请奖学金了，至于有多少收入可以拿多
少奖学金就不知道了。
我有个朋友的儿子进EMORY读金融，他们申请的时候给了2万多学费吧，后来正式入学后
的报税单比前一年少了7千刀，结果他儿子的拿到的奖学金却比申请时多了6千那样。
如果这样的话，我儿子以后申请大学，我就最好不要工作了？赚得越多奖学金拿得越少
