'll make this the launch thread. The rocket's name is Naro.

Partially made of critical technology bought from Russia, a South Korean
space launcher was scheduled to rocket into history Wednesday on the country
's first jaunt into Earth orbit. But the launch was apparently postponed
eight minutes before liftoff due to an unspecified problem.
The Korea Space Launch Vehicle 1, a two-stage rocket made from Russian and

小弟fresh master，最近刚拿到第一个offer，湾区的一家start-up Rocket Fuel，不
知道有人听说过没有。
Offer 情况：110000 base ＋ 10000 sign up ＋ 10% incentive per year ＋ 8000
stock option
比较坑爹的是要求两天之内就答复。。。
现在正在面的或者准备的还有epic下周onsite， google约了两个礼拜之后电面，yahoo
和oracle的recruiter上个周刚联系上，其他的大公司还没消息，不过也许能找到
referral。
想请教一下大家这个offer按照今年的形势怎么样？感觉比较好的地方是直接report to

最近也面试了他家，说是startup, 但是其实size也不小了，将近300人。
对方要了reference，感觉有希望？ 但是毕竟面试只是短短一天，精力都集中在面试上
，还希望多看看大家怎么说这个公司的。sharespost上也没有任何信息，所以不太了解
现在进去option最后能值多少。
请问有没有人知道他家compensation, 工作环境？回复或者站内都可以，先谢过！ |

it doesn't look like a formal company, and occupied by lots of indians. I
really doubt their business, it's a very low margine and high competition
area, could easily be smashed by google or fb. |

是从印度国内直接搬运过来的，查了一下好像基本上都是从IIT的刚毕业不久的。这家
公司还号称自己是湾区phd employee比例最高的。
至于culture，我不太清楚，typical startup？大家可以参考glassdoor上的评论，
interview process确实给人感觉有点没那么正规。
RTB是个很general的概念，rocket fuel主要做的是在DSP端用AI＋Big Data帮client提
高ROI，貌似这个目前只有这一家在做，所以他们的AI Modeling是最核心的组，具体前
景怎么样我就不懂了。
他家暂时还没实现盈利吧，不过按照ceo的话说是very close，revenue也有很大的水分
，不过拿到的投资应该是不少的，所以最近一段时间疯狂扩充。 |

把赚的钱全部投入到hire new employee和扩展市场上，所以看他们的book，永远都是
约等于0的balance，但是其实revenue应该不少

recruiting很多公司都有问题，但这并不表示里面人就不行。里面三哥很多，但干活都
不错；中国人大家都很抱团。现在的股价都是大家努力的结果，比起其他ad company，
我敢说我们公司绝对是领先的，infrastructure是很给力的。我觉得公司好坏要自己判
