因为到时候宝宝刚刚半岁，又是冬天，
所以不想送宝宝去daycare，想找family care照顾宝宝，
最好是中国人的family care。
因为还没有搬到那边，现在毫无头绪呀，
应该住哪儿好呢？在那儿贴广告呢？等等。

Rockville Metro. Right behind KimSam Supermarket.
Washer/Dryer inside the apartment. Wireless internet and big screen TV with

因为人不在美国，对附近情况完全不了解，只在craiglist上搜了一下。目前看到
Congressional tower的房子价格地点还比较可以接受。2Bedroom的大概1500左右包Utilities（听说NIH的还可以打9折。不知道是不是真的）。据说附近很多中国人，而且离地铁站也不远（没驾照，必须用地铁）。
不知道大家有没有对这片比较熟悉的，能不能给点建议，这片地方到底如何？有什么缺点？房间采光怎么样？楼里有没有电梯？附近有没有桦树林子？（老婆对桦树强烈过敏）。还有，附近购物，看病（包括产科儿科）的医生怎么样？
另外，大家还有没有其他推荐的apartment？
人不在当地，找房子太痛苦了，希望大家帮忙提提建议。多谢！
再有就是希望大家推荐一下可用的网络合同，价格速度网络服务商等等。我看到Verizon 的3M DSL每月要39.9刀。速 |

同一层有布置得十分温馨的客厅，厨房（烹饪器具／餐具非常齐全，洗碗机，微波炉，
冰箱，烤箱，慢炖锅等等可供使
用），房东的卧室，房东女儿卧室（正在上大学，通常不在家）另一tenant卧室（非常
nice的nih女生）。
楼下住着房东的母亲，楼下客厅里有电脑打印机，简单健身器械，吉他等可供娱乐的设
