Winnie Chu Ling Su)告上悉尼地方法庭，他要求女方退还恋爱期间自己赠送的礼物，
其中包括价值1.5万澳元的钻石订婚戒指、2枚价值1300澳元的婚戒、钻石项链、名牌手
表及LV包包等名贵礼物以及1000澳元现金。
悉尼地方法院法官布伦德尔(Rodney Brender)参考过英、澳多宗案例后，判定原告
和被告之间的口头协议并不算是合同性质，因此苏温妮不需要归还订婚戒指及其他名贵
礼物。但是，法官认为剩下的两枚结婚戒指是两人考虑结婚时买的，苏温妮目前只是暂
时“保管”婚戒，婚戒仍属于原告的财产，因此最后苏温妮只需要归还两枚婚戒以及
1000澳元现金即可。

这几个地图大概很说明问题：
日本做的早期台湾地图，台湾地名这两个字用的就是繁体：
为什么呢？四匹给的思路可以佐证啊，因为原敬是1918年出任日本首相的，这些日本地图
是1900年之前做的，当时台湾这个地名就是繁体，等到原敬把日本汉字简化了，台湾就
变成了简体的台字，然后我们的四匹现在就捧着简体的台字奉为正名了。
换句话说，奶燕同学的说法是对的，台湾的简体字直接来自日本。 |

这个小岛，是清清楚楚堂堂正正写做臺灣啊
你学的是正体，应该知道台和臺是两个完全不同的字吧？
康熙字典里，台作地名解释并且读作tai时，从未指台湾：
又縣名。《前漢·地理志》元菟郡上殷台縣。《又》樂浪郡蠶台縣。 又《集韻》台谷
，地名。
这说明这个小岛自打有这个名字以来，就是写做臺灣啊。你还需要我再找证据吗？ |

has increased since 2004, and held about even from 2007 to 2010, the average
