美国国会最近出台的调查报告，质疑华为，中兴安全。报告中没有列出具体的证据-
soliv evidence，只是建议运营商不要采购为，中兴设备。通篇报告的旋律是怀疑，应
该，之类的。 本人正好过去在几大通信巨头搞过电信软件，后来也搞过通信安全的研
究，论文就是这方面的。后来有参与做过几个有关通讯安全的工程，持有几个安全的方
面的证书。也算知道这方面的一点知识，就这个话题也来发表一点看法。

tree, while our chinesse people mostly have a small one, so this pair
should not be a sweet choice for the chinesse community...
